..... how do you figure that? The most over wrestler in the company, had solid matches with Angle, Taker, Eddie, and Benoit, and at the time, was still coming up with new catchphrases and better promos. He's still arguably the 2nd or 3rd most over wrestler in the company behind Taker and The Rock.

The Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla is a good nickname though. So is King of the World. But Y2J really is outdated. He should use King of Bling Bling more, but i'm guessing he onky does that as a heel.

Chris Jericho would have been a 5 time champ, had he been pushed right, and probably the biggest star in the company today. The thing is, unlike Eddie and Benoit, and even RVD, his debut was on his own, and was hyped up for weeks. It seemed like the WWF was going in that direction with Y2J, but for some reason, they blew it. And right now, if they really are going with Angle/Taker at WM for the title, they are in the midst of doing the same with John Cena, someone who should have had the strap months ago.

What about the Yankees? They better not pull a Guerrero and sign a guy that's like 7 years older (although Sheffield hasn't been bad at all).

I think i'm finally going to give Moneyball a shot. I'm a Yankee fan, and I can't stop what they are doing, but getting to know strategy on building a great team with low payroll is too good of a read to pass up.

Like 2 of those calls were BS, but if you feel that way.

How Chris Benoit won the Royal Rumble.

No one is worth 17 million, and if you watch closely, in slow mo replay, not red sox bias cam, you'd see that Posada did make the tag. As far as the stands go, unless he wanted to break his leg he had to dive. Even Johnny Damon said so. And I can't believe this is being compared. Jeter > Varitek is the bottom line.

Saliva and Creed.

Any info on how many times Jeter stole 3rd base? He has to be close to Beltran atleast. EDIT: Well now that I thought about it, not close to Beltran, since Jeter only stole 23 bases, but I think most of them were from stealing third.

So will he be out for the year? Just heard this on Mike and the Maddog.

I wouldn't pass up playing in the Super Bowl either.

Jonathan Vilma is good, and he's a not a part time player.

He thinks he's a fan favorite or something.

I screwed up big time by using Griese over Aaron Brooks. It ended up being the difference.

I agree with that. Can't declare him good or bad without having him pitch in another ballpark. Stadiums like Yankee stadium will help him out because of left field too, so it's a wait and see issue. The first point, it can be used as an argument, but pitchers get better in time. Pitchers usually improve after 3-4 seasons in the league, and Perez improved on the road last year. Here's some RJ deal being called off news: http://www.newsday.com/sports/baseball/yan...ports-headlines

On the contrary, he's remained fairly consistent in his three seasons with the Dodgers. His H/9 has been 7.4, 9.3, and 8.3(last season). His BB/9 has been 1.5, 2.2, and 2.0(last season) and the same case with his K/9 of 6.3, 6.9, and a career worst 5.9 last season. I wouldn't necessarily call him better however he is fairly consistent from year to year. He has improved from his days with Atlanta but not so with the Dodgers. He's become a better pitcher on the road, than what he was 2 years ago.

Really? Perez is pretty good. He's better than David Wells. He's simply another pitcher who's stats are helped by Dodgers Stadium Like Pavano in Pro Player? Even though Pavano's ERA was .37 points lower on the road, and opponents' BA was .236? Like 400 points lower? Anyway, Odaliz Perez's era is .10 lower on the road, so that can't be the case. Except that the year before his home ERA was 2.73, and his road ERA was 5.59. In 2002, his home ERA was 2.75, and his road ERA was 3.31. His career ERA is a full run better at home. Perez is a fine pitcher, but his raw numbers have certainly benefitted from Dodger Stadium. It still can't be that bad. Yankee Stadium is, around the 5th-7th best pitcher friendly park (don't have the link right now), so if he were to sign with the Yanks, with last year's recent improvement, I think he'll be just fine.
-
And he's become a better pitcher since then. He doesn't need it as much, according to last year.

They're still winning 100 games. The Yankees have to look at Odalis Perez.

Jesus christ.

Cunt. I just said I like the Eagles. And no one is cooler than the Detroit Tigers. I also like the LA Lakers. They're winners. I always cheered for Michael Jordan. How could you root against the 1996-2000 Yankees? They were winners too.
