Randy Johnson to NY in 3 way trade?
-
...and jeter isn't right? What does Jeter have to do with all of this?
-
Wasn't exactly this year, but I still listen. "My little girl, she shouldn't listen to these lyrics That's why I glued her headphones to her ear to make sure she hear it" -Bizarre "Don't put out, i'll put you out, won't get out, i'll push you out Puss blew out, poppin' shit, wouldn't piss on fire to put you out Am I too nice, buy you ice, bitch if you died, I wouldn't buy you life What you tryin' to be my new wife, what you Mariah, fly through twice..." "Don't touch what you can't grab, end up with two backhands Put anthrax on a tampax, and slap you till you can't stand" -Eminem This is however.... "You busy screaming gangsta, gangsta all that talk is trife You already lost the fight if you don't know the cost of life" -Talib Kweli

Damn I missed it. They should put it on the site sometime this weekend or next week. What did Chris ask Pedro? It was probably great.
-
Renteria is being overpaid.
-
The Yankees should pick him up.
-
No, not really.
-
For all of Matsui's faults with the stick, he was a good defensive shortstop last season. I think the Mets' defense is as good as Pedro will find anywhere else. His bat wasn't the problem. Everyone was complaining about his D. But it was probably blown out of the water.
-
The Jets blew it. They were screwed over in the first half, but no excuse here. Bettis killed us. We really missed Abraham, and Ellis was limping off the field; didn't see if he came back. The only good note that came out of this, is not getting blown out like Philly and N.E. We must beat Seattle next week.
-
We have like a few false start and delay of game penalties ourselves. But the ones that I mentioned were killers.
-
BS calls that the announcers have even said are BS. Jordan gets a 30 yard run, penalty (holding). Carter returns a kick off for about 40 yards, penalty (holding). The Jets recover a fumble. After Ward fumbles and the Jets recover, the play ended, penalty (illegal contact on reciever). The Jets are in FG territory, penalty (Offensive pass interference). The Jets, on 2 different occassions stop the Steelers, and both times, penalty (pass interference, BS pass interferences). Yet they are still only down 0-3.

Hey, ever want to see a good example of the refs screwing over a team? Take a look at the Jet/Steeler game.
-
I could understand the "My Team" but "My Players"?
-
Yeah. He's the only one that brings the goods too.
-
Chris Nowinski?
-
This wouldn't happen with Shaq here. Shaq don't use cellphones.
-
Why would we trade Felix Rodriguez too? Anwyay, i'm 50/50 with this trade. Burnett can be pretty good. He has a good K/BB ration (last year's was decent), and is still only 27. Problem is, he's always injured. I dunno. This was totally unexpected, unless they are really going to deal him off for Johnson.
-
He was also the offensive coordinator for the 1998 AFC Title Game Jets. Good for him, he deserves. This is also good news for the rest of the NFL. Maybe the Pats lose a step or two on offense? Hopefully?

Maybe we can sign Clement before Milton. Maybe.
-
With Wright failing the physical, expect the Yankees to sign Milton. I'd rather have Clement at the same price, but I we really do need a left. The rotation would then be Mussina, Pavano, Vazquez, Brown, and Milton. It could be better with RJ, but that doesn't look like it won't happen anytime soon. I guess I could live with this one, as long as we get Beltran, who should help a lot.
-
Unless New York has some reason to believe that Carl Pavano's one good year out of seven, in the National League, in a pitcher's ballpark, in a week hitting division is going to translate, I can't see this pushing them over the hump. They still have an extremely weak rotation to go up against a very strong one in Boston. Unless they intend to somehow bludgeon their way to a division title with a worse rotation than what almost lost it last year, they need to make a run at Johnson. Fine, lets go and trade for Jason Schimdt, Randy Johnson, Johan Santana, and Carlos Zambrano. Great idea, AS.
-
Maybe Mosies Alou will wait until May 1st to sign with the Cubs.
-
So does this mean the Cubs are out of the running for Beltran?
-
Great signing by the Yankees. Now to move onto Beltran.
