I'm thankful for the new improved Knicks, and thankful that they are still trying to improve the team. I'm thankful for Alex Rodriguez, although he didn't show it this year, i'm hopeful that he will show his "best player in the league" tag the next. I'm also thankful for the Yankees still pursing Randy Johnson. And i'm thankful for the Jets slowly becoming a contender, and thankful that Pennington will be back this year.

It looks like Pennington might start against Houston, and I expect them to beat Arizona. I see the Jets getting the last or 2nd to last seed. The Chiefs can play spoiler for the Chargers. Not to mention facing Indianapolis, and Denver. If the Jets can steal one from the Steelers, Patriots, or Seahawks, and win the games they are suppose to, than they are good to go. And the Ravens have just a tough a schedule with Indy, New England, and Pittsburgh, so they should be in the same boat. 1. Steelers 2. Patriots 3. Colts 4. Denver 5. Ravens 6. Jets

This is the same feeling I've been having on the matter. If I was Artest, I would get up and DARE someone else to throw something at me, grab the microphone and remind whoever did that I still make more in a week than they do in 2-3 years. That'll learn 'em. Artest needs to go to the Terrell Owens School Of Non-Violent Retaliation. That's great, but you weren't there, weren't put in the same situation, and didn't just play a full NBA game with a defensive team that annoys the shit out of you. I'm not saying what he did was right, but lets not act like we are 100% sure what we would have done in that position, when you weren't put in that position under the same circumstances.

He's not such a bad guy. He gives a lot to charities, and gave his entire first year contract (rookie year) money to people in his neighborhood who needed it the most. He does need help to control his anger though, but he's certaintly not a bad person. Your legs should be broken for making him sound like a fucking waste of space.

The W on the cap looks like the grim reaper. The Logo is fine though, although I would have preferred Senators. Nationals in the National league doesn't sound to good.

Cena hasn't been trying because they haven't done shit with him. Orton is getting a godly push while Cena is feuding with Carlito Cool. Go figure.

Jets somehow escape their worst played game of the year with a victory. LaMont Jordan (getting the 1st down on like 3 and 7, if he hadn't, Browns had a shot to tie or even win) and McCareins with 2 huge plays (first down to keep the drive alive, which eventually led to a McCareins TD). The missed field goals helped a bit too.

You're right, he shouldn't have attacked the wrong person. But fans shouldn't throw things period. It's not what they are there for. I don't see players throwing gatorade into the crowds.

Good for him. But you shouldn't have to accept being thrown at, no matter what you do. If every athelete went into the stands to kick some ass when they get hit by shit from the fans we would be twice as worse as Europe in about a month. If that happened, maybe fans would actually stop throwing things instead of thinking they have some magical shield protecting them. No, the fans are just going to get sick of it after the second or third time it happens and the next athlete that decides he's going to go after a fan is going to get beaten to death in the crowd. So they are going to get sick of something they start?

I wouldn't say Cena was pushed to the moon. But I say Cena. He just needs better opponents. He connects with the crowd much better than Orton, has a different gimmick (Unlike Orton, who has some cocky whatever #2456), and like posters have mentioned, is getting a slowburn push. Orton's getting there though, in terms of popularity.

For what?!?! The fan was dumb enough to get on the court, he deserves whatever the fuck he gets. O'Neal should get 2-3 games, MAX. YOU DON'T PUNCH A FAN. He ran as fast as he could and cold cocked him. In fact, he fell over as soon as he made contact. The fan wasn't threatening his well being. But that fan and another were double teaming Artest. O'Neal is a good teammate for evening the odds.
