WWE General Discussion - February 2008
Brett Favre replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in The WWE Folder
I call bullshit. If there's any truth to it it's the fact there might be a celeb match at Wrestlemania. WrestleMania 25: John Cena vs. Eminem. -
Look at the champions the past 10 years and tell me how this is making it "too easy" to fix a mistake. Cheech: I think it has more to do with just finally rebuilding for real realz this time. They want to get rid of both Eddy Curry and Zach Randolph. And it's not like Randolph has been playing horribly. He's better than Curry. But we're not going anywhere right now and Lee can easily take over.
-
It should be this easy. There' a salary cap. It's tough as shit to get rid of mistakes as it is. Like Cheech mentioned though, Zach is still better than all the other players. ^And damn. K-Mart, Carmelo, AI, and Zach making the max with Nene making like 10+ a year as well.

The Knicks suck a lot and have many holes to fill so it's time to start cutting some money and get young players here and there. So basically the whole Knicks organization is run by morons? I mean yeah I knew that much, but Jesus, come on here! This would actually be a good move.

The Knicks suck a lot and have many holes to fill so it's time to start cutting some money and get young players here and there. Stackhouse is an idiot. I guess they can still do the KVH sign and trade thing but I'm not sure if KVH is up for that.
-
The GM for Denver worked for Portland and drafted Randolph (IIRC). He probably favors him a bit more.
-
He'll probably get platooned. Dude is making too much money.
-
Samoa Joe will get too much of the fan's approval when he wrestles to be held down along with Cena's help. John Cena will most likely want a match with Samoa Joe (title match), and I doubt the WWE will pass on that with the amount of heat it could generate.
-
Okay, Shawn Marion is up for trade. I'm looking for a combo of young players 2-3 depending on how good they'll probably be. VX, Marion will get that for you all day!
-
It looks like he had bad aim, cause no one died, but I heard that they're like 5 people in critical condition. Didn't Seton Hall have a shooter like a week or so ago? This shit is getting ridiculous.

EA Sports Locks Up NFL License... Again

Just stay away from the NBA 2K series. -
Just changed like two weeks ago. Sorta.
-
Gonna be weird to see him in another uni. At least he won't kill Laveranues Coles anymore, unless he signs with like New England or something.
-
I think he fits fine with them though cause he's so unselfish. I always got the sense that he's never really wanted to be the go to guy but the guy that distributes, rebounds, and gets his shots within the offense.

They should contract those teams cause no one watches them, and even if they do decide to contract the teams, THEN add more teams from Europe, the number of players in Europe would offset, and IMO add to the talent pool anyway. I wasn't thinking of sending people there as much as the people that are already there that are NBA talent.
-
I'm not so sure about that if you include all the players in Europe. But either way, they should contract a few teams (Grizzlies, Hornets, Nets).

"I'm working on the final details but you've been traded..to Siberia."

The East needs another All-Star, and the West may need to get rid of one for Kidd or just go with 13.
-
Jason Kidd to Dallas appears to be imminent.
-
McNamee is a liar though. Dude lied about everything.

The Nanny screwed over Clemens.
