  1. And then somebody asks them "Why is it wrong?" and it all falls apart.

Because man shall not lie with man as he does with woman. The ideal family structure would be a man and woman. A child is supposed to be the miracle of life that comes from love, and that's not happening with gays, so that isn't supposed to be. It makes people feel uncomfortable.

    Those are some.

  2. One odd thing about this argument is that it's the religious folks who are engaging in moral relativism.

"Well, that's just MY system of beliefs. Who are you to question my opinions?" while the more secular, pro-gay crowd is more like, "I don't care about your personal beliefs, it's wrong to be mean to gay people."

    You're just making a generalization.

Other people would be like "It's wrong for two guys to marry." I could name atheists who use their system of beliefs argument as well.

  3. But when you don't separate organized religion, the church, with religion itself, that's problematic, because religion is not a bad thing. The people using it to gain a profit or stifle others are. It's unfair to just bash anything associated or bash anyone who follows the Bible or the Qur'an. Like Harley up there who thinks because people believe in God's word are wrong? Morality is different with everyone, and if someone decides that God is the final word instead of what a group of people decide, what's wrong with that?

  4. Brooklyn Zoo: Pedophiles actually harm children. We really need to stop this nonsense thinking where any non-hetero sex preference is the same as child- or animal-fucking. It's not and it's kind of a big difference. And stop with the 'liberal' bullshit.

As soon as you stop with the OMG religious crazy bullshit.

And all I'm saying is that in some places it's okay to marry with a kid. I'm not talking a 5 year old with a 30 year old. More like a 14-16 year old with a 30 year old.

  5. They're applying their personal opinions to the lives of other people. That's the problem. It'll have to be crayon font if I have to type that up again.

EVERY TIME YOU GO VOTE, YOU APPLY YOUR PERSONAL OPINIONS TO OTHER PEOPLE.

But his opinion is so liberal.

I don't agree with the notion of banning gay marriage either, but that doesn't mean you demean those who do. People go to jail for looking at kiddie porn, and some guys apparently are attracted to kids. Just cause they feel that way, does that mean I have to accept it? Not necessarily. It makes people uncomfortable. Same thing with gay marriage. Obviously there's differences (age of consent, etc.), but it's a bit of parallel when it comes to what is and isn't accepted in society.

No, when I go vote I am not telling other people that they have to vote as I do. I am not saying that any individual can't run for office or can't vote for office because he doesn't live up to my personal feelings. What aren't you getting here?

Just because you vote for a banning of gay marriage, does not mean you're forcing others to vote for it.

  6. Part of religion is trying to improve society. And to some people that means banning gay marriage.

Oh that's complete bullshit. Religion is not about 'improving society' in the least bit. Religion is all about getting yourself into whatever crazy afterlife that your religion believes in.

    I hope you aren't serious

  7. What's the point of doing a draft again, since the "brand extension" is basically completed done?

In their eyes, to get more star power on Raw on a consistent basis.

That didn't happen last year, SD! clearly got the star power in the draft.

That's because of the MyNetwork deal. Based on what I read in the Observer, it sounds like RAW is getting restocked

Which is why I see Edge walking out of Wrestlemania the champ, staying on Smackdown, and Triple H beating Orton... and getting drafted to Raw.

I see Orton winning, and HHH getting drafted to RAW to chase the title again.

The logical thing to do would be for Orton to keep the title till Summerslam, where Batista wins it, Cena wins the Rumble, and they have their rematch at next year's WrestleMania.

I'd love to see MVP on RAW cause I really don't watch Smackdown!

  8. Distort shit enough to keep my powers. Then I go about my merry way.

That is pretty much the obvious answer. But maybe there's a "genie won't let you wish for more wishes" firewall of some kind. Given that? I'd spend a couple minutes on the grassy knoll finding out who killed JFK, and then go rob a bank and become a millionaire.

Everyone knows it was Derek Zoolander.

    But why male models?
