If anyone finds the Newjack/Iron Shiek/Honky Tonk man three way shoot I'd love to see that. Just saw the trailer tonight.

WWE General Discussion - December 2007
The Buzz replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
They keep saying they are talking, then they'll say he's signed or close to signing. I'm starting to think he's just not going to continue with TNA. Edit: Plus even if he does sign to TNA they can still make a damn good Sting dvd even without him talking. They can get people he worked with to talk about him and show his matches and footage. They do it all the time with guys they have on the roster. -

I really don't think they'll release another burial dvd. Warrior has sued them over it, and it's going to court so I think they'll think before trying it again. -

He apparently backed out over an argument with the director, reports say he looked to be pretty into the show. Atleast that's what I heard about it. -
Rob Zombie to direct next Halloween movie
The Buzz replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in Television & Film
Well, I can't fight that so I suppose I concede. Doesn't matter to be honest one way or the other, I own both versions and like both anyway. -
Rob Zombie to direct next Halloween movie
The Buzz replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in Television & Film
I agree with the remake being the best of the series. It was just a better movie. I still like the original, but there is always going to be people who have to like the novel better than a movie based on the novel no matter how good it was, and there will always be the people who like the original move better than a remake because that's what they saw or read first. Sometimes it's true but in this case I think Rob Zombie finally made a pretty good horror movie. -

The only thing that could really make it worthwhile is if he gave a check to the families from the sales of the issue. I have no idea how well Hustler sells though. -

The upcoming issue of Hustler magazine (March 2008) has a two page spread of nude photos of the late Nancy Benoit. Apparently these images are from when she was married to Jim Daus. Apparently she was touring doing bikini and wet t-shirt competitions in Florida when one of the hosts told her she should be in Penthouse. He set up a photo shoot for her and then videotaped the photo shoot. Nancy never submitted the photos and later had them destroyed but either never knew about or got the video which is now in the possession of Hustler. It is the March 08 issue of Hustler magazine with a headline on the cover. I have a subscription so I got my issue in advance. I don't think it is on the newsstands yet as I live in LA and I haven't seen it there yet. Actually if you can get a hold of the Feb 2008 issue, there is an ad for it in the "Coming Next Month" section Got that from Gerweck -
Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released
The Buzz replied to Human Fly's topic in The WWE Folder
thought that was an interesting video. I haven't watched the whole thing yet, and it's not necessarily my views either. -
I just hope that when the switch does happen in the future, I don't have to go out and replace hundreds of dvds I've bought, if I have to I'll just buy a new dvd player in a few years before they stop making them and store it so I don't have to replace the standard dvds.

How did you find out that wrestling was not "real"?
The Buzz replied to majormayhem1's topic in General Wrestling
I don't remember where or when the first time I heard it was fake, it was always known it was fake to me even as a very small child, I just didn't know how they did it, how much was real and how much was fake, etc. I think it's so funny and sad how many people out there try to ruin someones love of a hobby by constant ribbing over it being fake. It'd be like me constantly bringing up how almost all team sports can cure insomnia. -
I'm a popular fiction type of guy, so I wanted to recommend a few books, and ask if anyone has read the series they based the tv series Dexter on by Jeff Lindsay. How are they? Evil Harvest by Anthony Izzo is a really good creature feature style horror novel with clearly defined heroes and villians. Good page turner. Creepers by David Morrell is another good page turner, it's a thriller about "Urban Explorers" that break into old abandoned buildings to catch a glimpse of the past. It turns into a thriller and isn't quite what you'd expect going in, but that's a good thing.

I wasn't going to call her a whore before, but if that last tidbit is true, then that seals it. Two boyfriends at once is just being a whore.
-
I figured Nicholas Cage and Tom Cruise would be up there, maybe even Bruce Willis. Edit: Each of them has had a few movies lately that didn't gross as well as I thought.
-
I think Bret mentioned he owns all his stampede stuff, but I could be wrong on that.
-
I'd love to see a Terry Funk dvd, I'd also love to see them do Boxsets of the lesser ppvs like the in your house and No Way Out, etc. I had the idea for the Owen and Davey idea to have Bret Hart's next dvd be similar to the second Ric Flair dvd where it's just as much about the Hart Foundation as it is about Bret Hart. That way you can cover the Anvil, Davey Boy, Pillman, and Owen all in one shot.
-
I think if they could use footage of his Japan stuff, and maybe his Sumo career along with the WWE and WCW stuff THEN it'd be cool and interesting. How about a King of The Ring box set, maybe not even an Anthology, but just the 10-12 best KOTR matches, a documentary looking at each KOTR winner, and maybe the first ppv as an extra disc. I mean I'm having doubts that Survivor Series will get an anthology, but I hope it does. I think they could probably get a good dvd out of Sid Vicious if they wanted to. He was a very interesting guy in and out of the ring.

While we are at it, how about Dutch Mantell

I predict, if he signs on this year, that Sting will probably retire after the next BFG after having another year full of decent matches. I predict that Daniels will get another failed push not due to his own faults, but due to the logic behind the booking, or the lack of. Samoa Joe may finally get the gold, but the impact might not be the same as if it had happened earlier in his run. I think TNA will announce their next big move is to Monday to compete with Raw, this is just going off the fact that their ego is huge. Kurt Angle realizes how goofy he looks in promo pictures when he growls with his mouthpiece in, and hopefully stops doing it.
-
I could see them doing a Vader one, but unfortunately not a Tenta one. Vader made a huge impact in WCW and his run in WWE was still decent even if it had a few hiccups such as the promo after the Kane match.
-
I could definitely see La Guerta picking up where Doakes left off, maybe discovering that Dexter was the murderer toward the end of season 3.
-
If you get a chance to download the Jim Mitchell straight shooting interview, it's probably the funniest shoot I've ever watched.
-
They could do a 96 like HBK style reign here with Punk, have him knock out a defense against MVP, Mark Henry, Big Daddy V, and Chavo. That gets him past mania unless they do a 3 way with Punk vs the two big guys, or use tv for more title defenses.
-
No one's perfect and yes from what I've heard from many wrestlers if you stop growing it's time to stop wrestling. I am a huge CM Punk fan, but yeah they had a pretty good match tonight. Hope to see them again.
-
These two are having a pretty damn good match, can't wait for them both to grow for another year or two and lock it up in a major ppv bout.
