    TNA-FSN info from Observer

I don't think BG James should be making smart comments, as he's pretty much useless in the ring, and has lost a lot of value on the mic. Abyss Sting Raven Jarrett Lynn Styles Sabin Shane Douglas Slash Sinn Ron Killings etc etc....I really don't see many guys in TNA that look like fans in the audience as far as attire. Teddy Hart and Evans are the only that come to mind. Hmmm...

    This week's Bank Shot

Well it wasn't a horrible match, but it wasn't great. But he does work for the company so in a way he is a promotional fucktard. But I really would have liked Sting to work more matches or some longer matches(before putting him in the best of spot), as I know he's still in shape to atleast work some 20 minute 3 star matches. I'd probably put Sabin, Lynn, or Abyss up for the next free TNA Best Of...but i'm not the promotional fucktard.

NWATNA tell Styles to distance himself from ROH

ROH can draw all they want. They'll never be a number 2 promotion. They are an indy company, and always will be...end of story. TNA on the other hand can be a number 2 company, and has the options to be. I'm sure if TNA toured and had a consistent roster they'd smoke the ROH attendances. However, TNA looks to be set up to fail.... Then again I remember watching back in 1991 and thinking WCW would never be close to WWE, and we know what happened. Is ROH an equal TNA...close...but TNA has a slight advantage in their marketing department. Just my opinion and I probably won't read the thread again so please spare the flaming, because in the end I do like both companies. And I would like both to succeed.

    Sting returns

If I wasn't a guy who ordered every week I'd agree that you shouldn't care about Sting coming in only for one or two shows. It would mean a lot more if it was a weekly thing. I have a feeling it's just a nice lil' marketing ploy by tna to impress tv officials since Sting is recognizable to tv execs. Or it could just be a part of the new Sting movie being made...meaning they wanted to get some live footage of the Stinger.

    Next year's Hall Of Fame

Since WWE owns WCW, anyone think its possible that down the road guys like Ric Flair, Sting, Ricky Steamboat, etc. Who made their names in the NWA/WCW will be inducted into the hall of fame. Or are they just screwed?
  6. Yeah and then they'll finally lure the legendary Sting into a wwe contract. And I'll be excited about wrestling again. *Wakes Up*...Damn it was all a fantasy.

    The New Undertaker

I think they wanted to have him revert back to his old ways for this one night to put Kane in his place. But they didn't want a permanent change so they kept the MMA Badass Taker in place somewhat. The only way we'll know for sure is when we see the Big Dog on Smackdown next. Either way I think his ring work as the American Badass was the best it ever was, and would hate to see him revert back to mind numbingly slow offense and no selling everyone but Stone Cold.

TNA's New Marketing Campaign "Wrestling Reinvented

Gotta love how they milk Sting's name whenever possible. "TNA features some of the most recognizable faces in wrestling today—including Sting, Raven, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, and more!"

    Wrestlers Workout Regimen's

Ron Waterman had his on his site. I don't know if it'd still be up. Warrior has some sorta' workout section up. I don't know if it's actual programs of philisophical stuff.

    Best Nitros/Thunders?

the nitro where Goldberg and Sting fought for the first time was good due if memory serves correct. The match was actually good until Hogan interfered and gave Sting the weakest kick I've seen in my life.

    Jerry Lynn Injured ?????

If I'm correct...Austin's current neck problems started with a stinger suffered at the hands of Owen Hart that he didn't rehab enough. Not a good injury for a 40 year old to suffer.

    Wrestling schoolin

It's the old WCW powerplant facilities, and is ran by mostly the same guys. Good facilities...but I haven't heard anything about the training.

    Nash/Hall invade UPW

I'm starting to think so after hearing Sting almost worked for them. And now Shamrock, Nash, Hall, Snuka, Lynn, etc etc on one show. I figured Nash's asking price alone would put them outta' business. lol

Sting was scheduled for a UPW show?

How do you explain to someone

Just everything that has to do with wrestling. I always try and enjoy the story being told behind a match. If the match sucks so be it..the guys involved still worked their butts off by going into a ring and risking their body, and I respect it. It's just something that gets in your blood. Once you get someone hooked to wrestling it's hard to lose 'em.

    Official TNA Preview

I remember seeing a bio of Callis the "wrestler" and he won a few small world championships in places like Canada, Africa and even a US indy promotion I do believe. I don't think he's wrestled since the early 90s...give or take a few rare matches. All in all I think he only wrestled about 4-5 years.

TNA Going Forward On PPV Plans Without Hogan

Well I think i'll post my dream card since a few others did. Sting vs Styles vs Raven vs Jarrett-World Title Elimation Match Styles and Jarrett would be the first two out, and then the two big TNA fan favorites Sting and Raven would go at it to determine a new World champion. The fans would know a new champion would finally be crowned. Raven would achieve his "destiny" and both men would shake hands afterwords. Jerry Lynn vs Chris Sabin-X Division Finals Jerry Lynn goes over here and defeats Chris Sabin for his X-Division strap. Abyss vs D'Lo Two good TNA wrestlers who are teetering in and out of the main event scene. Could be a good match, and either man could go over. AMW vs Redshirts vs 3 Live Krew-Tag Titles Just a mandatory tag team title match. Could care less who goes over.... Chris Sabin vs Low Ki -Chris Sabin goes over Low Ki in a hard fought bout. Advances to finals Jerry Lynn vs Kid Kash -Jerry Lynn pulls out the win to advance to the finals. Shane Douglas/Michael Shane vs Daniels/Skipper -If the storyline going on now is still in existence then this should be decent. XXX goes over in this one. In my opinion this is a good dream card. I know some will say Styles and Raven should be the last two in the main event, but I think Sting can still work a good match if given the time and if motivated. This would be a big day for TNA so the motivation should be there...AND Raven finally gets the title. I think the small X-Division Tourny would showcase what the X-Division is all about. Tag titles are defended, and two of your better wrestlers outside of the main event are on the card. Is it good enough to save TNA? Probably not, but it could probably be one of the better events we see for the next few years.

    The sick moments

(As I still try to be a mark when watching wrestling...my list is a mix of mark and smark moments.) The Ending of Sting vs Hogan at Starrcade 97. I'd been waiting months to see my all time favorite get back in the ring...and many others were anticipating the match that should catapulted WCW even further ahead of WWE in the ratings war, and...WCW basically screwed it up in one night. The Jacknife powerbomb on The Giant... Reading reports that Big Show actually could land a moonsault.... Watching Vince McMahon strut in WWE hallways on the WCW programming on the Final Nitro, mere moments before the two biggest WCW superstars locked it up. The chairshot Raven delivered to Abyss a few weeks back. Watching Jarrett run into Sting's nuts during a botched leapfrog a few weeks back... X's cannonball senton attempt on to the stage. Foley's HIAC falls. The Rock's chair shot on a kneeling Ken Shamrock. and many many more...

TNA Going Forward On PPV Plans Without Hogan

I really wanna see a list of buyrates. Instead of hearsay before I could actually form an opinion on what's working for TNA and whats not. Whenever they bring in a big name(Sting, Piper, Hogan) they only really advertise online. When they should be getting tv spots to really draw any fans into buying. Furthermore, TNA should build up to this ppv, and then get tv time on a decent sized network for one night and air a TNA 2 hour special to hype up all the feuds going into the big pay-per-view. They could advertise it for two weeks in advance on various channels, and probably increase buyrates for this big event. But hey that's only an idea. (Hey if panda can shell out cash for the ppvs weekly why not buy tv time for one week.) EDIT: After thinking about the idea...At the rate advertisements go for now...if they failed to draw in viewers permanately....then they would die...so just scratch my post altogether lol.

    A new Great Muta?

I've heard that there was a new wrestler using the Great Muta gimmick in NJPW I do believe. Has anyone heard about this or what? I'm not a huge puro fan, but I was looking some info up on Keiji Mutoh and started reading things about a "Great Muta Usa".

Hogan, Jimmy Hart to start new fed

Yeh he had potential...Everyone has potential until they step into the ring and suck. Edit: Seriously though at one time I figured he MIGHT be able to make something of his career.

    The Chamber of Horrors

For their being so many decent to great workers in the match...it sucked....WAIT A MINUTE...El Gigante was in it.. Now it all makes sense.

Hogan, Jimmy Hart to start new fed

Lets break the article down... They WANT to start a promotion.... The Good: Sting Bret Hart The Bad: Buff Bagwell Dibaise(not to say he wasn't cool at one point) The Ugly: Jimmy Hart Hulk Hogan UNIVERSAL STUDIOS My final verdict....Sting and Bret Hart shouldn't waste their time on XWF 2. Sting stay with TNA where you are as good as ever....Jimmy Hart and Hulk Hogan I don't wanna see you unless its in a Legends of Wrestling video game. Buff Bagwell go flush a toilet and listen to where your potential went.
