People here still see the match as completely real. If you tell them Ric Flair said that the loss was to avoid a riot they'll just laugh and say he's a sore loser.

Back in the day the NWA champion was supposed to go around every territory and make the most over guy in the territory look good but still keep the title and make the fans want to see him lose. That was what was supposed to happen here but Flair made such a good job talking trash in interviews before the match that the crowd would have rioted if Flair won. Title change was never recognized outside of D.R though.

The score for the Venezuela vs Dominican Republic game is 2 - 2 right now in the 8th inning. The Dominican team is gonna have a much harder time this year since Las Aguilas Cibaeñas(The winner in the Dominican Winter Season) doesn't have much of it's players for the series, Edwin Encarnacion , Mendy Lopez , Melky Cabrera the stars of the team had to go back to U.S.A for their American teams after the Dominican season ended.

Jose Uribe former shortstop for the San Francisco Giants died yesterday in a car crash in his hometown of San Cristobal Dominican Republic. I just got back from the funeral which was attended by many famous players from the country David Ortiz , Vladimir Guerrero , Felipe Alou , Jesus Alou , Moises Alou , Robinson Cano , Pedro Martinez , Neifi Perez , Rafael Furcal and American Derek Jeter who's in the country for vacation. It was something really sad he was a nice guy who did a lot of things for the people in his neighborhood.

This sunday in ESPN Deportes the All Stars from the Dominican Baseball League take on the Puerto Rican All Stars. To start things off there will be a performance from Hector El Father and Aventura followed by a Home Run derby. Everything starts at 4 pm. The main player for the Dominican team will be New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano and for the Puerto Rican team it will be St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina. Before the game Juan Marichal the only Dominican in the Baseball hall of fame will be honored in a ceremony attended by David Ortiz , Pedro Martinez , Albert Pujols , Sammy Sosa , Barry Bonds and Derek Jeter. The game is gonna be in Santiago Dominican Republic this sunday. The Dominican team has won the last 2 all star games. I bought my tickets today and they were almost sold out...VIP Tickets are only worth 500 pesos which would be like 20 U.S dollars. Pretty cheap price for what's gonna be a really fun game

The event is being hosted and sponsored by Andy's Sports Bar, and the well known and respected Rubi Radio Station. Fidel Sierra the Cuban Assassin and current Cuban Heavyweight Champion along with his manager Fantasy will be on hand to sign autographs and take free pictures with the fans. Wrestlers beware!!! We want to give you heads up on a promoter that has recently stiffed me out of a promised booking. I got a call from Rob Feinstein, on behalf of Marvin the promoter of TNT Pro Wrestling on a 3 way call, asking me to book Scott Hall on his benefits show Oct. 28 in Virginia and that I would also be booked on that show. I called Scott a bunch of times and left him numerous messages. He bothered to return my call once and of course I wasn't home. He left me a message and I called him back, again numerous times. In the mean time Rob and Marvin called me daily to find out if I had reached him or I would call them with an update. ( You need to know that this isn't the first time I tried to get Scott booked, previously I called him for a show in Puerto Rico and I called him for Rob to do a shoot interview. Scott turned down both the booking and the interview.) Anyway, a few days went by and I kept leaving messages with Scott, when all of a sudden I heard that Scott got booked on the show through Shawn (X-Pac- and Evan Courageous). I called up the promoter Marvin of TNT Pro Wrestling and he assured me that I was still on the show, wrestling in a tag match with Kamala against the Patriot and he would email me the ticket info in a couple of days. That was the last I heard of him. When after a couple of days I still had not received anything, I called him over and over again ,left messages even spoke with Rob, who assured me that as far as he knew I was still on the show. But that was as far as it went. Marvin, never returned my call once, didn't have the courtesy or the b.lls to let me know that I wasn't on the show, instead he left me hanging. In the meantime I had turned down another booking for the same date. Needless to say I am royally pissed. And Marvin this ain't over by a long shot, you will hear from my attorney and the next time you run a show and use a big name, you won't know if he, unlike Scott, is a good friend of mine! Or maybe someone you need won't show up. What goes around comes around! And Scott Hall. I also have a few words for you. "Next time I run into you I am going to kick your ass." and you know that sooner or later our paths will cross. You know very well that I was the one who got the ball rolling, so you could make a huge pay day, to stand your ass in a corner and go ;hey yooo! You can deny it to yourself all you want, the fact remains that I have tried to help you make money repeatedly Scott and it would not have been to much to ask, for you to make one simple phone call to the promoter on behalf of one of the boys and say: "Hey I don't think it's cool what you're doing to the Cuban", or at least you could have returned my calls. But I guess you don't have any b....s either. Live and learn, I should have listened to my good friend Curt, may he rest in peace, he was right about you, you are peace of sh...! You don't like it, you got my number, do something about it. I always try to help every one, and that is what I get in return. That is a bunch of BS, straight up! I'm going to be in the American East Coast from November 20th to October 3rd. What's got me more excited is that I'll be in the mekka of profesional wrestling in the United States. I'm already going to Survivor Series and the ROH show in Jerssey but I was wondering if any knows about any other shows at around that time? Chikara for example.

Does anyone know how I can get in contacct with TNA? I have been talking with a promoter in Dominican Republic and he was gonna bring AAA but if we can get TNA that would be much better.
