What kind of Japanese games do you want? Traditional rpgs? GC doesn't exactly set the world on fire with those either. While Xbox's sales in Japan have something to do with it, a big part is also just that PS2 is so dominant.

There is no need to defend the Xbox here. It's not like this is really some huge blow or a reason to celebrate for Nintendo. Nintendo sold a lot of GCs Thanksgiving....so what? GC and Xbox still have their share of the market with Sony dominating. The battle for "second place" is really just a nice way of saying who's not losing to Sony as badly. Both Xbox and GC have their place and are not going anywhere, whichever is currently ahead of the other is irrelevant in the long run. This is like ROH issuing a press release putting over how they're ahead of TNA.

Besides being a nice little PR piece, Nintendo doesn't have much to gloat about either. Ok so they stopped production on GC, slashed the price to move units and it worked. Yay... Just wait for Sony's counter-spin where they point out PS2's overall sales top Xbox and GC combined.

Yeah, it changes where you can go and what missions you get and the way people treat you is different. It doesn't change the overall story and endings though.

#Reload is an upgrade of XX. There's also GGX+ and the portable games. But if you're going to count that stuff you have to count KI Gold(even though KI2 is better than Gold...), which means KI has as many as Soul.

KI has two games, which is only one less than GG and the Soul series.

Yeah, your dress spheres carry over. Those, abilities, items, gill, story percentage and accesories are what New Game + have. That moogle mission for Yuna was hilarious. I liked her voice when shilling balloons and how she would hang her head in that suit.

It is not required. The game is pretty easy. I wish levels carried over to New Game + or at least give you the option. That Yuna outfit is cool. I wish I had Yuna's songstress costume.

I love the video package before JD 2000. That "In one hour..." thing. It rules when it says their lives will flash before their eyes and quickly shows like their old gimmicks throughout the years.

But Anya's not-so-shocking info was just that they can be staked, which Buffy had been doing for like years. Buffy tried to stake it before and it no sold. Then Anya says they can be staked...it's just harder, and suddenly they're jobbers. Whatever... I hate the final battle.

PS2 sales of DA alone top VF4 and Tekken 4....

It's just IMDB. I haven't seen anything about this at any credible sites, so I would take this with a grain of salt. They're still calling it "MK Domination" even though it was said over a year ago that was not the title and John Tobias has nothing to do with writing this film, he hasn't worked on a MK game in years. I think MK3 is the best game in the series, but this movie would probably be based on DA if it ever comes out.

They are totally remade from the ground up. Sega had some small 3rd party developer work on them. From what I've seen of pics and word from importers they are all supposed to be terrible. Phantasy Star is the only one I haven't seen get bashed heavily.

Here are the requirements for the good ending with very little spoilerage... 1. In Chapter 3 meet with Ormi and Logos in Guadosalam and go to their rooms. Maechen should show up and give you a story about the past. 2. At the very end of Chapter 3 Yuna is stuck in a field of flowers and says "I'm all alone". Start hitting X and you'll hear a sound. Keep hitting it until you hear the sound 4 times and Yuna goes up a staircase made of light. 3. Do the mission in Besaid in Chapter 5. It's more of a cutscene than a mission. The end should be a camp fire scene. 4. Do the mission in Luca in Chapter 5. Like Besaid, it's more of a cutscene. Follow the moogle all over until it's done. 5. After you beat the final boss and are in the flower field again press X until someone asks you a question. Say YES.

I watch crazy people and make sure they take their meds. I work the night shift alone in a small building with nothing to do(since they're all asleep) so I bring my PS2.
