I'm interested in the crowd reaction whether or not there were any "Chave" chants. I believe you mean 'Chav'. Don't you be telling the man what he means.
-
I was thinking the opposite, that they did well in giving fans likely to read the spoilers a reason to watch the shows (last week having Morello win the belt, this week a great Main Event).

Regardless of his ring work and crowd reaction, Cena's carried himself like a star for the last year or so. I think he's really stepped up to the plate over the last year to be a good champion.

That's a large part of being a draw. Outside of a few certainties, I don't know if there are any proven draws currently active so I'd put Angle ahead of, for example, Orton.

Who would draw the most currently.

Why do WWE need to cut costs? I thought they were turning a profit. That profit just increased.

I think I have watched the ladder match from my Wrestlemania 16 tape over 10 times, the fatal four way main event 3 times. TLC 2 from Wrestlemania 17 has again got over 10 views, Austin vs. Rock maybe twice. Seeing that I haven't watched these tapes since I was 14 tops, it shows that Hardy draws kids. I definitely was doing more Swanton's off the couch as a kid than Stunners on my friend's. Spot monkeys draw. I had no idea the number of times you personally watch a match over makes a certain worker a "draw" - I've heard alot of wild reasoning why someone feels the way they do on a certain subject, but this may take tops. Congrats. Someone needs to clarify what a "draw" means, I'm too annoyed to even bother. A draw is someone who draws fans to a wrestling event. I would say Jeff Hardy is a draw because a lot more people would go to a wrestling with the sole intent of seing him than, for example, a Batista, Orton or Flair.

Hogan (if we're counting him) HHH HBK McMahon Angle Cena Taker Sting Edge Mick Foley (if we're counting him) If Hogan and Foley are ruled out, then RVD and Joe EDIT: Maybe not Joe. Maybe Jeff Hardy, as scary as it may be...

Never forget about Logan.

Awesome. FWIW, I'm not a fan of Alexiev as a worker, but I never like MMA gimmicks. Hopefully he'll be able to do well in the role.

The Artic was named because it was the region of the bears, under Ursa Major (arktos is Greek for bear).

I've heard rumours that there could have been a second shooter, but I'm guessing that's unsubstantiated. It'll be interesting to hear the reason for this.

I liked it, but it lost steam a bit when they stopped bickering. I agree it could have been longer. And I too am looking forward to the DVD.

Wow, he picked a pretty bad day to come out.

Having said that, I am kind of tempted by getting one.

Although it's being touted as the most successful launch over here, everybody who wants one already has one, so don't expect it to transition into cotinued sales.

FWIW, I'm not seeing the PS3 launch as a major success over here. I had a look at the stock in one shop over here: they had 143 PS3s in stock, whereas there were no Wiis. It seems like Sony may have overestimated the demand in the UK, as every shop has a good supply of PS3s on sale. On the other hand, there are no Wiis available. Could end up being bad for Sony judging by how big a hit they're taking on each console even if they're sold.
