Saw that yesterday. Wish it would come out a month or so sooner so I could sit down and rewatch the season before the new one. Without rushing anyway

Walmart is always breaking street date. I'm not there often, but any time I am there I usually see some DVDs out early.

Once I got past how stupid he looked and the fact he had no charisma, I didn't mind Albert that much.

Evil Trish. I just can't get into this...the whole smug attitude and prissy laughing deal after everything she says just seems to come off more as awful acting rather than being a great heel. I think if they tone her down and just keep her promos and backstage bits overly simple she could make a decient heel. But right now I just cringe everytime she starts talking, it's just not that convincing.

MTV2 is becoming a basic cable channel
Youth N Asia replied to GreatWhiteNope's topic in Television & Film
Uh huh...how long till MTV2 is just another MTV...then we'll get "MTV3, ALL MUSIC, ALL THE TIME...we promise this time, really." -
None...I ordered almost all of 99-00, and the first half of 2001. But this was the first year since 97 where I didn't order a ppv.

The Grudge: "Here it comes...get ready...almost...
Youth N Asia replied to Downhome's topic in Television & Film
The Grudge sucked. Throughout the entire movie it just felt like the Ring. There were no scares either. You saw everything that was about to attack, where was the shock in that? I was very bored with the movie. And how does SMG get top billing over the title, when she doesn't even seem to be in it that much. -
Can you tell the difference between the two pics?
Youth N Asia replied to Mik's topic in General Chat
that's usually what it leads to -
I never got to read it, but I'm pretty sure Bane came from a one shot called Vengeance of Bane (although they made a 2nd one later). I love the idea, he's decided he's going to break the Batman, so he sets up Arkam so that there's a mass break out. So Batman's on overtime to try and round up all the escaped criminals. And they toss the B level baddies at first, Zas, the firehappy guy, and whatnot. Anyway, Batman finally just gets worn out and beaten down, then Bane just shows up, snaps him in two, and tosses him off the side of a building a believe. I think batman is waiting for Bane, and knows he's coming, but can't ignore all the chaos going on and it just exausts him. And he's easily beaten in Knightfall 11.

Frailty 7 out of 10

I liked it once for a gimmick match, but really I don't care if I ever see it again. The two they've done just seem too predictable.

Trish as a heel, is it working for you?
Youth N Asia replied to Youth N Asia's topic in The WWE Folder
If you're talking about Daizee Haze on WWE TV I think you gotta add Ms Chif, or put her first. It's sad when a little promotion like IWA Midsouth has a women's divison 10 times better than the WWE. -
I'm also adding Jericho retaining the title at the 2002 Rumble, no one saw him beating Rocky that night

Calling NoCal Mike and other zombie fan hippies
Youth N Asia replied to kkktookmybabyaway's topic in Television & Film
Yeah, the Andy video and News Videos completly sucked. Had it just been footage they filmed for the movie and didn't add in it would be one thing, but it looks like they knocked both of those out in a quick afternoon...no entertainment to either one. -
There are 6 season, with 4 being in 2 parts...so there are 56 episodes. Most people seem to think the show starts falling apart around the 2nd half of season 4, and especially around season 6. And the ending is meh...pretty rushed in the last episode. But I personally love the show and think it has incredibly high replay value.

Plan on seeing Ray Monday and SAW sometime before the week is up. I need to wash the stink of The Grudge off of me.
-
Dynamite Hack too...they had a really good debut album, and just went away after that.
-
The first one isn't that awful, and you get a KD bra and panties shot.

I'm John Kerry, and I approve this ad. Seriously though, the guy is living in caves and will have to the rest of his life. I know he's still a threat, but is anyone really worried?

I thought Fenix TX was just getting better when they split. They seemed to be ditching the punk-pop little by little in favor for just rock.

Don't wast your time...you could whittle, or sweep the floor or something.

Also, there was some reveal that Doomsday saw Supes as his father, or the little grey man that was his head scientist...thus the urge to kill him. At least that's what they put in the Hunter/Prey mini

The first few minutes of House was good with the hold up...but after that it turns into one of the least scary horror movies ever. I'll stay away from anything with Rob Zombie.

I would say Mikey beating the Sandman as well, but with ECW from 95-97 I never saw it till much later after it happened, so there wasn't much shock for me. But Mikey debuting at WCW Uncensored 99 and stealing the show with Kidman made me pop...although they burried him for having a match that good.
