Carlito's got massive charisma. And loves to wrestle Mark Briscoe for some reason. Two great fueds with Jay and Mark and he's a main eventer. Monday: "Combat Zone" on USA. Highest rating: 7.00 Thursday: "TNA iMPACT" on SpikeTV. Highest rating: 6.11 Saturday: "Damage Zone" on the CW. Highest rating: 6.47 I have Joey Styles and Jerry "The King" Lawler as my commentators. Also, in the process of my becoming the top promotion in the world, WWE dropped to cult status for almost a year, and now have 1 tv show called "WWE Wednesday" on some regional show that gets a 1.45 rating. They had a Monday show but got obliterated by my Combat Zone show so badly they lost it. Their now back up to global but still only have the one show. I thought that was pretty damn funny.

Holy shit moments for me, personally. Doug Ramsey dies in the New Mutants. My first 0_0 moment in comics as one of my favorites is shot through the chest. Magneto rips Wolverine's adamantium out. Death of Superman Knightfall Superboy-Prime vs the Teen Titans *Flash appears out of nowhere* Dont remember who it was: "W....Wally?" Flash: "Please..." My current TNA run in EWR (I dont have the money for TEW) is fuckin ace. I've had TNA as the top promotion in the world since about month six of my original start and I've been playing it for a little over 2 years (game time). My main title holders are Kurt Angle - TNA World Gregory Helms - TNA X-Division Jay and Mark Briscoe - TNA Tag Team My main (world title) fued right now is Kurt Angle vs Hernandez. Yeah, thats an odd one, but something I had to run with after Edge got hurt a month into this badass run with the Title I had envisioned for him. I already had the Angle/hernandez fued going when Edge got hurt, and I didnt want to put the belt back on Christian or Harry Smith, so I had Angle take the surprise win. The fued's at 94% right now, but thats because I built Hernandez up like a monster during LAX's near-year long undefeated Tag title reign. I've managed to build just about everyone on the roster (the 'name' mid-carders) into upper-mid/Main eventers, course it probably helps that my roster pretty much consists of all the 'indy favorites.' I try to beat on the guy in the ring a bit, then tag in my partner. Then just go around to the other end of the ring and beat on the guy who would normally interfere. If you get a special, run in and kill the legal opponent. Eventually your tag partner will make the pin. Unless you're talking about Mexicools vs Taker/Kane. Then you should just save yourself some time and muck with the sliders. Yeah, this is my strategy mostly as well. Or if my pc-controlled partners too stupid (benoit or batista as the cpu partner in tag matches...ugh) to actually make the pin, Ill beat down the non-legal man till hes red, then tag myself back in, nail a finisher or two on the legal, then knock the other guy off the ropes and take the pin.

yea and they keep calling carlitos "flatliner" like move "the modified reverse neckbreaker" is that the name for that move? The announcing in this game is beyond terrible. JR calls a chair shot the stone cold stunner, the mick kick a bulldog, and tons of random other really stupid mistakes are made throughout. It was mildly amusing at first, but after months of playing, now its just irritating. Also, the "new and improved ladder match" sucks ginormous balls. I had the same exact thing happen to me during the Rumble storyline ladder match. I beat jbl;'s ass for 10 minutes, got him to full on red on his whole body AND threw him out of the ring to the floor just to be safe, then I tried to climb up the ladder and there he was two seconds later, randomly knocks me (as Lashley) off the ladder with ONE PUNCH and pulls the briefcase down while i lay there on the mat unable to move. However that only seems to happen in ladder matches. Any other match I just mash like hell and Ill get up pretty quickly or normally depending on how badly hurt I am.

Oh my god...Yknow, ive tolerated the awful commentary in these games most years...but playing as Mickie vs Lita watching as JR and king call Mickie "He" the entire time..ugh. Although, nothing topped them calling the Mick Kick a "bulldog." I thought I was hearing things the first time, so I did it a second. Wow. Thats some shitty commentary.

Just got this yesterday. So far..things I like about the new controls and things I dont. But they're workable. The enviroment hotspots and Ultimate control moves are pretty sweet though. Season mode so far is...bleh. I started a season with Edge and the first people I see are Cena and HBK. Kinda ironic...But yeah..the 1st storyline I get is lame as hell. Edge should not be a face vs Cena and he definitly shouldnt be with fuckin Torrie Wilson. Then I got a story thats been in the last two games...the Legends storyline. I stopped last night at that annoying "5 legends vs me" battle royal. Meh, as with every game since HTTP its a mixed bag of both good and bad.

Edge is so awesome.

Uh, I dont see how you cant get the difference between the two WWE title matches here. It's pretty simple by WWE standards. Sharmel jumps on Booker's back mid-bomb and starts slapping/clawing/hitting Batista. THATs why Booker was DQed. Lita jumped on EDGE while Cena was in mid-FU, but doesnt ever touch Cena, and Cena threw her off before she could, thus negating the possible dq. This show was...odd, but good nonetheless. Hawk is right on with the Foley story. I didnt really think about the whole thing till reading that, but its perfect. DX/Mcmahons..."Oh they went over 9 guys waahhhh." Hardly. The McMahons promo from RAW clearly set this whole thing up. Vince said he had unlimited resources, and that "If I snap my fingers, anyone in WWE should come running." It was wierd, but it *gasp* MAKES SENSE. They didnt go over "9" guys. They sent the SS out first and the squad got crushed, as usual. Then Finlay, Kennedy, Regal and show come out and beat the shit out of DX, ending with a chokeslam through the table. It's not at all like you guys are making it out to be. You people make it sound like Hunter popped up from the Table spot and killed all 4 of 'em, plus Shane/Vince with his pinky finger. When really, Shawn got the shit kicked out of him for 10 minutes while Hunter tried and tried and tried to recover, ending with Shawn hulkbking up and the obligitory Umaga appearance, until the good guys won. I swear to god some people just HAVE to bitch about everything. Edge cheating to win during a "Your dqed you lose the title" match completely ruled too.

On the subject of "The Champion," thats what Heyman and RVD refer to the WWE title as on the 1st ecw show. They dont call it the "WWE" Title in ECW, its "The Championship." Joey's called it that a few times.

Overreact much? While it is stupid to advertise that the show's going to be live and then not do it, it makes sense for the first show so they can work everything out. It said this weeks show wouldnt be live, not the entire run. Everyone who's crying "OMG ECW's dead already" before it even starts needs to shut the hell up and WAIT to see what happens. Watch the fucking shows and see what happens. It's gonna take a couple weeks probably to really get going.
