I agree Mike it will always be like that....this has been going on for the last 3 and half years....nothing has changed...and it looks like their isn't going to be one any time soon.....Unless the company ratings plummet to a 1.5 rating, and the revenues start to come in negative..

Kreski started with the company in late December/early January, but rumor has it the guy was hired 4 weeks or so after Russo left in October of 1999. He was remove from the creative director position in September or October...The reason for this...I remember Stephanie mention in an interview once that she got the creative director job around October I think it was on Howard Stern where she mention that anways.....But Kreski finally quit the company around November 2000... So looking at what Stephanie said and when he left...it looks like the guy was demoted from head writer to just a writer...

We will have to see how this new Dan guy plays out...lets remember no one thought Kreski was capable of doing what he did to WWE for the 8 months he was there..... BTW, I wonder what the WWE would be like today if Kreski did stay with the company and got a chance to work with the WCW angle...???

I was hoping it was going to be at Tropicana Field...the long mile thing shouldn't be a big deal...all they had to do was used the little carts to bring them to the ring like @ Mania III and VI

Once Rock is freed from the WWE "contract wise"....I hope he wriites a book about his years in WWE and did he feel any racism or see racism towards others in the locker room....In my opinion I think the book will mention racism alot if he were to release a book in the furture...and could damage the WWE's image even more... On the topic, I think to some degree the company is racist....

Yep, you are right...that was the location of Wrestlemania X-8... I also read a rumor that they were going to use the mini rings to bring the wrestlers to the ring if that location was chosen, but plans fell through...and with the mile walk to the ring...it just went down hill from there... But, they may just revisit that idea and have it there...

Shane was part of the creative process back in 01...Stephanie mention on Howard Stern back in 02 that he had parted ways with the creative team...there was a rumor the reason he left the creative team was due to the infamous "Triple H Effect" and the direction it was going... Right now he is still the President of WWE's Internet Divsion or whatever the hell it is now...but he has always been invovled with the company and is likely to take over once Vince gives it up..

Triple H has always had the fire in him, just look back at late 99-2000....He can tell a story in a match, and actually helps the creative heads who are writing stuff make the story interesting, if its a good one....that's why Triple H and Chris Kreski worked so well together in 2000.....plus Kreski wasn't a suck up either

Replay is a great idea...some people think it hurts the live show, but it doesn't...those who have always watched RAW at the current time slot will continue to do so....same thing goes for Smackdown..it actualy helps Smackdown because many don't get UPN so it expands it to a bigger audience... HEAT, and Velocity are just a waste of time and money...cancel those shows and replace them with RAW and Smackdown...but keep Confidential... Sunday Nights - RAW Replay starting @ 7pm Wednesday or Saturday Nights - Smackdown Replay starting @ 7 pm Another good idea is that its a good introduction to a "new" episode of RAW having it on Sunday...and a good introduction to a new episode of Smackdown if it replayed on Wednesdays...

I think its a test....to see how well a replay on Sunday for RAW...leading up to a new episode of RAW the following Monday can do...if it equals the ratings of HEAT or better....I would get rid of HEAT...and just do a replay for RAW on Sundays...

This doesn't surprise me at all....she just needed to confirm what I've been thinking all alone...that the McMahon's do favor Triple H....maybe besides Shane McMahon...

Damn....Russo booked alot of title changes in 99...

This is what they call a DAMN draft.... I saw nothing "shattering" about any of the picks......I was thinking their was going to be a complete overhaul on the rosters...

I'm not sure if they are in the draft or not...but if they are I could see this combo.... RAW TEAM I think a JR/TAZZ duo would be good, and plus its different....maybe they could be the next Monsoon/Heenan team....or they could add the Coach in the mix.. SMACKDOWN TEAM For this show a Cole/Lawler team, with maybe Coach in the mix would be good...if Coach didn't join TAZZ and JR So basically its JR/TAZZ for RAW...and Michael Cole and Lawler with Coach maybe for Smackdown...

That was an emotional moment.... Monsoon and Heenan.....the memories...

That's the most likely scenario if PBP teams are in the draft.... 2 man team on RAW 3 man team on Smackdown

I did like the combo of JR/Heyman in 2001 for 8 months...and they did a great job calling Wrestlemania X-7..... The show is only as good as the people calling the matches...and at X-7 they did a wonderful job....especially the Street Fight with Shane/Mr. McMahon...

I like that.... But I think Theodore would work better with JR...

How about this... RAW: JR....TAZZ...Theodore Long or RAW: JR...and...Theodore Long Can you imagine that duo on RAW... And for Smackdown we will have Cole and Al Snow

After the WWF kicked their ass in courts over the initials "WWF" I thought a new logo a few months later would appear but that didn't happen.. Since this is the year that everything begins AGAIN....isn't it time for a new WWE corporate logo to appear to signal a new ERA.. Thoughts???

Exactly... Sad but true..

They should slowly change things...beginning with a new corporate logo...and slowly get to the other stuff...sets and etc.. The RAW set has never ever changed...all we've seen is new additions or just a little twist to the set...nothing is different...still has the feel of the first RAW Titan Tron back when RAW was changed to RAW IS WAR.. And about the panda people selling the "WWF" name to that guy who made it to a wrestling forum....I'm not sure if McMahon would jump to get his old logo back....or even bother changing the name back....it represents what the company truly stands for and that is ENTERTAINMENT...

But it still represents the old "Attitude" era with the scratch logo...

If that's the reason for the finish change because of being "angrier @ Brock" then this creative team has some issues...or Patteson one...or whoever is writing the finishes...
