I've seen it time and time again when they complain about Pro Bowl/All Star selections. If a name gets picked on a down year, it's because of the fan bias or whatever, and a more deserving but less known guy got screwed (Hypothetically, Griffey Jr over Vernon Wells). When the deserving guy gets in over the marquee name, they whine and say that X big name is more deserving and the all star game is for the fans anyway, so the popular guy should be there regardless. (One of their arguments in favor of Brady and TO yesterday) It would be the same if there were an NCAA football playoff system. In a 6 team bracket, they would complain about how #7 got left out. Today I saw them doing a fantasy tournament of their own, and the final four were Ohio State, Florida, Michigan, and LSU. How may experts did they need to come to that conclusion?
