You know something? Had this been anyone BUT McCain, this would have been an even worse bloodbath.
-
BTW, we got in our shipments of Viva La Raza today, and I can confirm that the SmackDown Tribute show is on select versions of the DVD. So... RAW = Best Buy, SmackDown = TWSE (Suncoast/Sam Goody/FYE)

How much is the BB exclusive? $39.99 Ah. I found out what the discs besides the 3 for the regular release are: - Disc 4: Raw Tribute - Disc 5/6: the Cheating Death, Stealing Life DVD released a few years ago - Disc 7: No Way Out 2004 DVD SOLD. As much as I would like to get the 7 disc tin, I already have the Raw Tribute on tape, I already own the Cheating Death, stealing life dvd (though I find it to depressing to watch now.), and I don't actually own the No Way Out 2004 dvd, but I was there live and have the match on the Cheating death, stealing life dvd anyway. So I honestly don't see a reason to go after the tin. Speaking of tins sets, I was over at Suncoast yesterday to take a quick peak at their wrestling section and apparently someone is getting DVD tin happy. I saw 4 or 5 tin sets. One was for Wrestlemania and the others were for an ECW set, a Icons set, and a Legends set. The tins were nice but I think WWE is starting to go overboard with the tins. That's just it. I don't already own the Cheating Death DVD, which I've been looking to pick up for some time now, and this would be the perfect time to do it.

Disbanded or they just start getting cheap heat by saying how much they hate the fans instead of babbling on about a "revolution"? It's a shame. I liked that they were basically giving the fans a choice to cheer or boo. Sure, they were heels, but the best heels believe that they are correct, and they were so good they have others believing it. BTW, I'm posting this IN my AotF shirt that I picked up at the ECW Arena show. So, I may be biased.

Well, there goes the Age of the Fall. No way do they stay as complex as they've been.

I SAW it. Might have been the exhaustion from watching the whole franchise in one shot, but I really liked V. It was better than IV.
-
That's what I love about the SAW sequels. They're not just cash grabs, but they actually enhance the mythology and backstory each go around.

I still think that Mama Petrelli is lying her teeth off and will probably get the buzzsaw treatment when Sylar finds out. I can see the confrontation now.. Sylar: You're my father, how could you do this? Arthur: What? I'm not your father. And that woman ain't your mother... Sylar: Oh. Well, then... You have an interesting power. I wonder how it works.

I haven't done it yet, but I think I will this year. I might watch it like this Monday - Saw Tuesday - Saw 2 Wednesday - Saw 3 Thursday Saw - 4 Friday - Saw V Oh, I meant that there are some theaters that run a marathon of all the SAWs in a row.
-
Can I mention the HOLY SHIT moment earlier in the show? I mean... wow! Adam, just like that...
-
Anyone else doing the SAWFest Marathon on Thursday? I did it last year and it really got me pumped up for IV at the end of it.
-
Odd thing to ask... but does anyone have a decent demo of Catcher in the Rye?
-
I don't mean it in a wrestler sense. He's not bad in the ring from what I remember in TNA. But Holy Hell, his promos are awful.
-
... I'm going to get sick of this Kizarny shit real quickly.

I voted Brock/Taker because it felt like what HIAC should be. It was a total, all-out, violent, blood-filled brawl. They didn't leave the Cell to do high-spots, they stayed in and pummeled each other into puddles of blood. Hell, even Heyman bled! HBK/Taker and Taker/Mankind are more remembered, but I think that match stands as what HIAC SHOULD be.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't they going to have HBK win the title at the first Taboo Tuesday until he got hurt?

Remember, dosn't support the troops, just plain dosn't like black pepole, and wants to travel back in time and make Jesus tap out. That was quite possibly my favorite Kurt moment. -
Having heard the leaks and Shackler's... I think the album should end on There Was A Time. Even though it's what my CD of the leaks ended on, it really does feel like a 'last song.'

Apparantly, when he got infected with the Shanti Virus last season, it wiped out all of his other powers except his telekinesis and his intuitive knowledge. Now, this may be temporary, as we see him go nuclear in the future.

Actually, to be technical, wouldn't he be stuck in Las Vegas? -
I know they're going to have Achievements... but have they announced if they're going to have Trophies?
-
I like this sort of heel Big Show, gotta say.
-
... and I will be there on that day to buy it. Lucky that my step-mom to be gave me a $15 gift card to Best Buy for my B-Day, eh?

Yep! I agree with Marvin... Life on Mars is fucking awesome right now.
