  1. Cool. Thanks. I thought he looked really hurt, but then again when he went to the ring every move he hit was with his "injured" arm, so it was very hard to tell.

It was still very solid either way for my first dose of "new" ROH, as it's the first I've seen of ROH since Joe, Daniels, Punk, Homicide etc left.

  2. I have to say WWE's production value has gotten really good, and has only improved since David Sahadi has left WWE. What does everyone else think?

I like how people say that like Sahadi was bringing down the production of the WWE promos. Until it came out that he left, nobody knew who the fuck he was. Now that he's gone, production has gone up?

For all we know there are a team of 30 people that do production on those promos and he might have had very little influence. That's not to say that is the way it was.... but the WWE have been top notch in production since the early to mid 90's so for someone to say that they have riased the bar after one single person left, (because he's in TNA) is complete horseshit.

  3. What does the symbol on the Disc 2 mean? The symbol that kinda looks like a T and M overlapping. I saw someone with that tattoo today at the gym so I was just curious to see if it actually meant something or if he was a die hard Scarface fan.

BTW, the DVD kicks ass. The extra features on the DVD blow everything else I have ever seen out of the ocean.

If I'm not mistaken, its just the Tony Montana logo.

  4. I'm suprised nobody mentioned Guns and Roses. They were one of the best shows I've seen this year. That, along with 2 nights of Pearl Jam, Stones playing with Alice Cooper and Kanye West in Halifax. Alice Cooper was good when I seen him play as a headliner as well.

  5. I'm relatively new to ROH and I've been catching a few shows now and again on the fight network and I know they had a pure wrestling title, and then this morning I was watching and on Reborn-Completion they started another Pure tournament. What was the difference in Rules and stuff from the original Pure Wrestling Championship and the Pure title that was being decided on this show?

I know that this title was recently unified but I'd still like to know the difference in the belts and the rules and shit if there was any. Thanks in advance.

  6. I just dug out an old turntable that my dad had back in the day and had stored in the basement. It's working, but the volume seems VERY low. I ran it through the surround system and it was close to barely audible even on the max volume of my 150 watt system. The cables that I used are attached to the player so without replacing the wires I'm not sure how to replace the cable (if that's the problem). The player has a brand new needle.

So does anyone know what could be the problem with this lack of volume or how I could correct it?

  7. I think everyone (Some of the people here, and most ROH fans) need to step back and continue to realise one thing, cause I know everyone here knows it's true......Wrestling ISN"T REAL. There is no "understanding wrestling more". Wrestling is wrestling, whether it's ROH technical snobbish bullshit, or it's WWE insulting your intelligence stupidity. If a kid pays to go in and see a ROH show (whether their parents are there or not) they are intitled to cheer whoever they want and if a ROH fan (or group of fans) is too stupid to realise that or think they are better because they like a better worker, then they should really review the reason why they watch wrestling. I thought it was supposed to be entertaining, and if them kids are entertained by The Carnage Crew or Dunn and Marcos (sorry I never read who they were shitting on or cheering for) as opposed to Am Drag or Homicide or Joe, then that is their perogative. As for people shitting on them for it, be it fans or wrestlers, if they are old enough to shit on, they are old enough to get shit on.

  8. Yeah, It should be a decent show. It's an outdoor show in Halifax they are expecting upwards of 60,000 people.

I should also note that I've seen Sloan, Hot Hot Heat, David Wilcox, Tom Cochrane, and Matt May's and El Torpedo at various concerts over the summer.

EDIT: Note, I also forgot to mention I seen the SpinDoctors as well.
