I'm going like this. IF VINCE STAYS 1. Texas 2. Michigan 3. Ohio State 4. Notre Dame 5. Miami He's gone, we'll push LSU to 5th. USC will be at 10th unless Bush comes back, if he does they'll be 6th or 7th. That's exactly what I was thinking. Everybody looks good on your list except Michigan. Unless they get rid of Lloyd Carr, Michigan will keep sliding closer to mediocrity, which is inexcusable for all the talent they have, year after year. Michigan's schedule is a fucking nightmare next year. Road games at Notre Dame, Penn State, and Ohio State next year are not good considering how Lloyd has done in road games against tough teams.

PSU likely starts outside the top 10 next year. I think 8-4 next year, but 10-2 if they get some lucky breaks to go their way. They've got some people on defense to replace along with Robinson. They'll be an absolute monster in 2007 though. Also consider LSU for the top 5 depending on who they lose to the draft and graduation.

I can't see Miami being in the top 5 after that clunker they put up against LSU. I'd actually put West Virginia up in the 5th spot since they don't lose much and White and Slaton are both back.

If Vince stays, Texas will be the preseason #1 for next year. Who else do you see being in the top 5 to start next year?

Well everyone was predicting this huge USC blowout and acting like they'd crush anything that moves. That was proven not true. True, not everyone was expecting a blowout, but yes, thats true. They havn't "crushed" "everything" that they've played. But they've crushed a lot, and haven't lost. Ya know, I'm not even a USC fan, I don't know why I'm saying all this. But now I really am goign off to bed. Night everyone. How much of the Trojans Offensive line are seniors(or entering draft?) Because if most of the line leaves, USC won't be undefeated for long next season. Pete Carrol may be the best coach in the land, but look how much USC will/could lose after this game. A lot of very good players. One senior leaving, but Winston Justice may go pro as well.

USC-ND at the Coliseum next year is going to be the most overhyped event in sports history if both can make it to the game undefeated, which is a very strong possibility.
