That shot of Ricky Williams meditating in the 60 Minutes spot just screams "unintentional comedy."

Shockey said that before the game in Philly(the one the Eagles won), and I think he had one TD catch in that game up at the Meadowlands. If you're talking about Dawkins, then maybe its the game up at Giants Stadium. Doesn't change the fact that Shockey is grossly overrated due to the NY media.

That horse's ass started it in 2002 by talking shit about the Eagles' secondary being overrated, like he's one to talk about anyone being overrated.

Another reason why Ed Wade should be canned immediately.

I'd really like to watch the Atlanta/Carolina game, but I'll most likely be out. Eagles should beat Dallas by a comfortable margin, but they need to get through this week with no big injuries.

That's a lie, the only way Mikey is getting up from his chair is to go to McDonald's for another Double Quarter Pounder. -
Bill Walton should count as well.

Well expect Pedro to have a near 5.50 ERA next year. Going to the Mets does that.

It's apparent that Theismann also had a brain injury along with the broken legs from LT.

I'd really like to know why that facemask on Trotter was a 15 yarder when he didn't even touch his facemask on the replay.

17-7 Eagles, I really wanted a McNabb TD pass for my fantasy stats.
-
Akers FG, 10-7 Eagles.
-
Hmm, I thought the Redskins would've gone for it or went for the fake on that 4th & inches.

Todd Pinkston is the biggest pussy ever. That is all. McNabb TD pass to LJ Smith 7-7.

As an Eagles fan, this game tonight worries me a little because it screams "letdown game" after last week against Green Bay. Hopefully they win tonight so they can get home-field clinched next week and rest the starters for the playoffs. Not only that, but the Eagles always play a close game against Washington every year, and last time they won by 22, so this is probably the nailbiter tonight.

Erickson kind of strikes me as more lucky than good. I mean you could probably account the 1989 national championship to Jimmy Johnson's players, and Gerry Thomas had to go Wide Right for Miami to win the 1991 title. I've also heard that a lot of the talent that OSU used to get to the Fiesta Bowl in 2000 can be more accredited to Mike Riley's recruiting.

He was pulling the same shit last week when they were getting blown out by the Eagles. Though Henderson's little spike dance while being down 38 points was more hilarious, especially after Quintin Mikell told him to look at the scoreboard.

I voted Bret.

How about working on a section devoted to the Spectrum in Philadelphia as well? They've put on plenty of good cards there.

Ask Fast Eddie Wade for Ryan Howard. You'll probably only have to give him a can of Pringles for our top prospect.

That's true. He was quite intelligent, unlike someone who will remain nameless. -
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=1937879 ESPN.com news services The University of Florida has offered its coaching job to Urban Meyer, who accepted today, ESPN.com's Pat Forde has learned. Florida papers reported the offer to Meyer, who has coached Utah to a 12-0 season and a BCS bowl bid, on their Web sites Friday morning. "It could be any minute," UF president Dr. Bernie Machen told The Palm Beach Post earlier today. "I'm waiting for an e-mail." When asked about the report, Utah athletic director Chris Hill, deferred. "My position is to let the other parties in these things -- the schools and the coach -- speak for themselves," Hill said. "Any kind of confirmation would have to come from other sources." When pressed, Hill offered no further comment. Meyer met with his players Thursday and told them what schools are pursuing him, but he would not be specific when asked about the meeting. "There's too many things involved right now to have any comments," Meyer said after a practice at Utah's new indoor practice field. Florida officials were in Utah on Thursday, as were Notre Dame officials. Meyer will replace Ron Zook, who was fired but coached the team through the end of the season. The Utah coach has said he wants to coach the Utes in their bowl game. Zook has not yet decided whether he will coach the Gators in the Peach Bowl. Utah is expected to consider members of its current staff to replace Meyer.
