I love that Corey Dillon got me 125 yards this week.
-
I wonder if the fans will bust out the paper bags over their heads for the Saints hosting Carolina next week.
-
TD Atlanta, never depend on the Aints to do anything right.
-
That's why the Packers would have to win tomorrow night for the Eagles to have a chance to clinch a first round bye next week since the Rams would have 6 losses if GB wins tomorrow.
-
And the Aints can't even get a first down, so they punt back to the Falcons. 1st and 10 for Atlanta at the NO 47 with 1:56 left.
-
Well it looks like Seattle will lose, so they'll be 6-5. A loss to Dallas(highly unlikely)next week makes them 6-6, so if the Eagles win and go to 11-1, Seattle then wouldn't be able to catch them in the conference race if they won the NFC West. Also a win over Green Bay and a Minnesota loss gives them both 5 losses and the Eagles would have 11 wins, and the Eagles would hold head-to-head tiebreakers over both of them.
-
Atlanta fumbled at the New Orleans 5 and the Saints recovered.
-
Another clincher for the Eagles for next week, they could possibly clinch a first-round bye with a Packers win over St. Louis tomorrow night, then a win over Green Bay next week combined with Seattle and Minnesota losses.
-
New England just recovered a Baltimore fumble in the endzone for a TD, its really over now. Kinda sucks, they'll pull Dillon now and I probably needed about 20 more yards rushing for my fantasy matchup.
-
Atlanta is down 21-17 to the Saints with 7 1/2 minutes left. An Atlanta loss gives the Eagles a 2 game lead on the Falcons in the conference.
-
Dillon gets a TD run and the 2 point conversion, I'm happy because thats fantasy points for me.
-
I bet you the combined score there is double what the over/under was originally.
-
Oh lord I don't want Atlanta in the Super Bowl, simply because ESPN will give Vick the biggest media hummer ever.
-
You have to admit though, that was a total wounded duck he threw in overtime.
-
TD pass to Westbrook 27-6 Eagles.
-
The Eagles run defense has looked OK in this game, as most of the yards they gave up were a result of the first drive(big end-around play, couple of Barber rushes) and just letting Ron Dayne have some yards with 10 seconds left in the first half.
-
The refs are sucking for both sides, Shockey has held about 4 times and the refs have missed the call.
-
McNabb TD run, 7-3 Eagles.

Remember the Simpsons episode with Burns' bear and how he kept losing it? Remember the end when it was Burns in the future with his head attached to that machine? That's gonna be Paterno on the sidelines in about 75 years. -

The more I think about it, I believe that Urban Meyer is probably not going to Florida. He's most likely waiting to see what happens with Willingham at Notre Dame since that's basically his dream job. I think there's a better chance that Bobby Petrino will be the next coach at Florida. -

Well let's see, in Cal's loss the Bears were one Aaron Rodgers incomplete pass away from beating USC in Los Angeles. In Texas' case, Mack just proved again that he can't win a meaningful game to save his life as his offense got shut out. -

As long as Mack keeps losing big games, he seriously should keep his mouth shut -

It's still not over for the 3 undefeated teams because next week will be some tests: USC goes to the Rose Bowl for a rivalry game and UCLA would love nothing more than to ruin USC's season Oklahoma has Colorado in the Big XII title game, while it should be a win for the Sooners, Gary Barnett's teams are known for pulling upsets (2001 Nebraska game, 2001 Big XII title game) Auburn's got Tennessee in Atlanta and it could be very tough for them depending on if Erik Ainge can play or not. -
