    NFL Week 11

Eagles only gave up 51 yards rushing this week. Now if they can do the same against Tiki Barber(who has usually killed them) next week, I'll really be confident about the run defense. Eagles can also clinch the NFC East next week with a win at the Meadowlands against the Giants.

    McNabb TD pass 21-6 now.

    NFL Week 11

Well except for one 10+ yard run by Portis, the Eagles' run defense has looked significantly better. I just wish McNabb wouldn't think that he can do that pass to Mitchell using 14 seconds all the time though, as he fumbled due to holding onto the ball too long.

You know, I'm watching the 2001 Oklahoma @ Nebraska game on ESPN Classic and it makes Steve Pederson look like even more of a moron for hiring Callahan.

Oh of course White isn't the best college QB in history. That distinction I believe belongs to Tommie Frazier. 3 Big 8 conference titles and 2 national titles.

Oh there's no doubt at all about OU being an elite program, but does Oklahoma have its own network to broadcast home games? Does it have movies made about it? Is it quite possibly the first thing people think about when people are asked to say something about college football? No, Notre Dame is. Oklahoma would probably have to get its own TV contract and have all the mystique that ND has to be one of the truly elite programs ever.

Not true. That will always belong to Notre Dame. People either love them or hate them. I don't think the same can be said about Oklahoma.

My feeling is that the top 3 college programs of all time are Notre Dame, Michigan, and Alabama.

    Mike and the Maddog

That's exactly right, considering the fact that the media loves to blow everything out of proportion, I failed to see the problem with McNabb and Owens' routine on the sidelines. In fact, I thought it was hysterical that they were taunting the media like that.

I wouldn't be too sure about catching Michigan, with Chad Henne and Michael Hart being only freshmen, Michigan could definitley be national title contenders for the next 3 years.

The Cowboys should start Henson by Thanksgiving, just so we can have the irony of Michigan/Ohio State on Thanksgiving, Henson vs. Krenzel.

    Best casino you've been to

Since I live about 25 minutes away from Atlantic City, I go there a few times a month to play Texas Hold 'Em. My favorite would have to be the Borgata, a new one that just opened up last year. It's extremely nice, classy, the cocktail waitresses are about 30 different kinds of hot, and there's also a "you have to be 18 or over" rule to actually go on the casino floor, which is nice because there's no kids running around like there is at the other casinos in AC. What's your favorite casino?

Blame that on the Orange Bowl execs for being a bunch of asses and taking Iowa. Since Iowa was co-Big Ten champion they should've been in the Rose Bowl. Oklahoma should've been playing USC in the Orange Bowl. The Rose Bowl was pissed about Oklahoma coming to Pasadena because of the tradition being screwed up for the second year in a row(Big Ten vs. Pac 10), and also because there were 10,000 empty seats during the game. The Big Ten champion usually brings a large number of fans with them to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl, and it didn't happen that year.
