Ed Wade will probably offer him a bag of baseballs.

Oklahoma is going to be seriously hurt by A&M's loss to Baylor in the polls. Oklahoma has A&M, Nebraska, and Baylor remaining, plus a rematch with Nebraska in the title game, which won't help them because Nebraska is unranked. Auburn has a week off, then Georgia(Top 5), Alabama, and the SEC championship against Tennessee(Top 10 if they win out.) If Auburn wins out, they will most likely pass Oklahoma in the polls. -

If Auburn beats Georgia convincingly in 2 weeks, I'd really like an explanation for why they're not ranked #1. -

Congratulations to UNC and John Bunting, he may have just saved his job with that win. -

Michigan was giving 11 points in this game, and I was thinking about taking MSU last night. -

I have a feeling that Georgia may get into the 60s scoring wise against Florida today. -

Ooh he missed the FG, and Oklahoma escapes. Something tell's me they're going to get tagged by A&M next week. -

Oklahoma State just tied it with a TD run. -
I find myself rooting for the Phils to do absolutely nothing this off-season, so then Citizens Bank Park won't draw flies, the ownership will lose a shitload of money, and they'll finally have to sell the team to Comcast(who's probably been waiting for a while to buy the Phillies, since they already air their games and own the Flyers and Sixers.) Then hopefully, the first thing Comcast would do is can Ed Wade and get a competent GM.
-
About the starting pitching, I would love for the Phils to get Carl Pavano, but I feel he's going to get $100 million from some team willing to overpay him. I could live with Matt Clement being the FA acquisition. Radke sounds good as well. Then again, I remember that Ed Wade is the GM, so expect him to give Paul Byrd a 50 million dollar contract.
-
I'm not too sure about that, maybe the Roy Williams Choking Curse has been passed to UNC now.
-
Al, what do you think of the Phils hiring Jim Leyland as the manager since he's interviewing Monday? I wouldn't mind since he's won before and the players will respect him unlike Bowa.
-
Here's the Phillies free agents: I'd like for him to stay so there's a LHP in the bullpen Good God No. He's gone. If there is a God, then he's gone too. Another one of Wade's great moves, I'll drive him to the airport if he leaves. He improved in Philly, so if they can keep him for a cheap deal as the #5 starter I'm all for it. Goodbye Kevin, take you inconsistent pitching to a team that will overvalue you. I'd like to keep him, but the Yankees will probably overpay for him. Gone. He'll probably want to start, but since Chase Utley is ready to play 2B now, Polanco is probably the odd man out. He'll probably stay since he's a clubhouse leader.

Congratulations to the Red Sox. They truly deserve it.

He'll always be there kkk. Him, Castro, and Keith Richards will never die.

Something seriously needs to be done at PSU, as the coaching has REALLY fallen off in the past couple of years, mainly with Jay Paterno playcalling and sucking at it. Galen Hall hasn't seemed much better either. They really need to start looking for a successor. I know Paterno doesn't want to retire because reportedly, he's afraid that what will happen to him is the same thing that happened to Bear Bryant(died 2 months after coaching his final game.) PSU has been getting its ass-kicked recruiting wise since they joined the Big Ten in 1994, as Ohio State and Michigan now come into Pennsylvania regularly and take top recruits.

An source has apparently told ESPN that Florida has contacted Steve Spurrier about returning. If Spurrier does go back to the Gators, the source said look for him to go after Oklahoma's Bo Pellini to be the defensive coordinator. Check ESPN.com's front page for the source.

Like I had said a week ago, there was a definite chance of the Eagles coming out flat today due to the win over Carolina last week. Hell the game shouldn't even had gone to overtime thanks to a horrible roughing the passer call on 4th down.
-
I loved Buck's whole Rolen/Francona spiel. All he needed to complete it was a shot at the Phillies ownership(which would've made it 100x better.)

Jesus the NFC West is complete shit Seattle is going to lose to Arizona and St.Louis proved how overrated they were by losing to Miami.

Salisbury is probably at the hospital ready to report from McNair's bedside.

Doctors dispatched to treat Yasser Arafat

Arafat wil die first. Castro, Keith Richards, and Joe Paterno will probably live another 30 years.
