Woa..looking at it again, it does look like him. Especially since you can't see the hair. And while it's true that posters don't mean anything..I think we all already KNOW, that HHH will involved in the main event. That's sort of common sense. (unless of course he goes down with an injury or something) edit- They never have the belt in the poster I don't believe, do they?
-
So, can we guess that HHH will be in the main event. Heh, yea I know the answers been pretty obvious for a while. But I have to say, if it's HHH/Batista II at Backlash...I don't know how interesting that will be. Much like last year. Butmaybe the Money in the Bank winner will opt for his title shot at Backlash.

Wha..? They haven't said anything good about him much. First performance, they all pretty much said he did bad..saying the nerves must have got to him. Second performance, yea, they complimented him (well, Randy and Paula did, while Simon did his sort of...on the fence thing) but did you not hear the guy? Like Simon said, barring a few missed notes or so, he rocked that song. And he shouldn't have had to be there because somebody quit anyways. It was clear he should have been in the top 12 anyways. His 'Georgia' on the final night was better then a lot of the stuff that Federov did (I mean..who voted for this kid?) or some of the stuff Scott did, or Constantine for that matter, he was clearly in the better half of the guys.

Thinking about it..it probaly was. They knew they were cancelling Point Pleasant this/next week, so I guess they had to find a way to do it.

HHH has more charisma than Batista, don't kid yourself. WTF? Since when did Batista having charisma even become an arguement? I thought it was that he looked good in a suit. But being able to smirk real well...does not constitute charisma. You rated him above Jericho, Michaels, JBL (who's gotten over pretty much on his charisma) WTF? For one Batista's had what? 1 month on his own, where he doesn't just stand in the background. So I doubt that's sufficient time to say he has great charisma. And 2, the 1 month that he has had on his own, his promos haven't been that great. He was good at the little subtle smirks, and jabs at HHH...but that definitely doesn't make him #2 in the WWE with charisma.

It's obvious. Wrestlemania tickets.

I would have had Orton claim that the reason he can beat the Undertaker is because he is willing to do anything to get the win. Anything. He will sell his soul, there is no depth to which he won't sink. "Let me demonstrate," he says. Stacy eats an RKO. "See? I don't care who I hurt, I don't care what bridges I have to burn, I don't care what lines I have to cross. I will do anything to take Undertaker down." Yes, that'd have been even better! IMO it wouldn't. And the 'Let me demonstrate' would just give it away (but it'd be seconds before he did it...so I guess it wouldn't really matter). But I thought the way he did it was fine, heck, I thought it was pretty much perfect, with the only problem of course being the look of remorse. Let JR doing the selling. We all know the job he does at that. And Orton should have just walked away smiling.

No shit! Holy crap! That was crazy. Why is next week two hours? Uhh...double elimination? (Doubt it though..because that'd just cut an episode, and why would they want that?) Maybe Gretchen's 'injury' I guess will take a lot of extra or something? I don't know, there's no real reason as far as I know.
-
Holy shit....Gretchen had a Ric Flair crimson mask.

The trains arrive 3 minutes apart? Wow. They are fast as hell aren't they? Unless it was like two different tracks.
-
Damn, whoever talked about Karma getting back at Lynn and Alex, ,was correct. Because they are just getting all the bad luck. And with the way they're racing..you can't help but root for Rob and Amber.
-
Wow...I take it Susan never learned the whole...'slap the shit out of your son' lesson.
-
heh...the way the Argentinan dude just blatantly said no was funny as hell. "Can I get another horse1?" "No." LMAO @ everyone saying they happy Rob and Amber didn't make it...and they're just about to get on the plane. God..how the hell do they keep getting in the front of the pack?

My order.. 1)Taxi Driver 2)Basic Instinct 3)Forrest Gump 4)When Harry Met Sally 5)Braveheart 6)A Few Good Men 7)Dirty Harry

Yea, that kissing Simon thing every time he says a good comment was getting on my nerves. I mean, most of the time, he tells it like it is. Why does Paula act like that's a crime? She's all over him when he says a good comment (?), and then berates when he says a bad one..which is usually true. And it was overboard at that tonight.
-
Sorry, it's a habit. >_> Ok, yea, that was just smart ass , but it really is.
-
I think his performance tonight proves he doesn't 'suck ass'. (You still may not like him though..so yea) He fuckin rocked that song tonight.
-
And there's clearly nothing wrong with that. But the way some people are talking, its just an all out travesty that ORton is in the ring with Undertaker, and that Taker should pretty much do, what they all hate that he does. Which is bury someone else.
-
Since when is 'cocky' a midcard character? In a way..you can say generic, because that's what a lot of heels are, but there have been 'cocky heels' as jobbers, midcarders, main eventers. Hell..what is HHH now? What was the Rock as a heel? Undertaker (when he first got the haircut). They were all 'I'm better then you, you suck, cocky heels' which is what a lot of heels in wrestling are. That's what JBL is now. People were saying that was a midcard gimmick, and still are, BUT, JBL is over as hell right now. And there is no one that should feel honest in saying he's not.
-
...Since smarks started saying hoss' shouldn't be superstars? Everyone knows the few prerequisites are that, you must love Benoit, and you have to think you can do a better job of writing the show then any of the WWE employees, not named Paul Heyman. (Although the last ones not to farfetched >_>)
-
Actually..and don't quote me on this, because it might not have been you, but 'people' were saying that only some girls in the audience were cheering for him. And that's it. And to my knowledge thats not 'a midcard reaction'. So basically, you're saying, push Orton? Orton has, and is still making money for WWE. Like a few said in this thread about when they went to house/live shows when he was still getting big reactions, everyone and their brother had a Legend Killer shirt. Even now, his Randy Wear is selling like crazy. (Which even amazes me >_>). So, he's making the WWE money. And well, he doesn't have to be a great worker to connect with the fans...so, push Orton. Which is what they may...do (or not if he really is injured), and they 'wont half ass it' by putting him over Taker. That may actually be what he needs to springboard him. I mean, if he does break the streak. He can go back to the Orton that got over. Although it may get annoying, he could pretty much brag about it every week, and spit in everyone's face (although not literally this time >_>) But I guess we'll just have to wait and see before we should be complaining..
-
As an Orton fan, I can say...yea that's probaly true. But ONLY since his face turn. Did you not hear (For one..the heel heat boos, not X-pac heat when he was a heel) and the eventual cheering Orton got from everyone, Female AND Male after he was established as the 'cool, cocky, badass heel'. etc. He was simply over. Girls liked him..evidently for the same reasons they do now, and guys liked him, I guess for the effect I have in quotes. And the only reason the crowd stopped getting behind Orton is for the same reason that all the "Ortonpologists" (w/e the hell that is :S) are saying. They turned him face to fast, and thefucked up his character, and they pretty much made him look like a bitch for a few months. This is why yea...now all he is getting is female cheers. Orton and Batista were in the same position. Now people are saying Batista's so over with the marks and the smarks because he has character. And he's been built up greatly, and everything. Thing is, if it was Orton in the exact same position, I have reason to believe that he'd be just as over as Batista, and the marks would love him, as well as there would be smarks who'd jump on his bandwagon. So more then likely, he has the potential, but, when he had a chance to show they potential most, they had him 'spit in HHHs face, and run from him every week'.
-
That's definitely true. Because that first strike...man, maybe it was one of those that just sound nasty, but don't hurt that much, but man..it was a sickening sounding hit. I thought he would have been out after that, but his face is made of Teflon (or whatever) or something, because he seemed like it didn't even damage him. But he was blown up as hell, which seemed to be his main problem.
-
Well maybe that's why Orton needs to win this. He's still a 'Nobody' in some people's eyes for instance because he doesn't have something like a big win over Taker. Yea, he won the World title, from Benoit. Although it may anger a lot of smarks, Benoit isn't exactly the man to beat to prove 'you're that great'. Especially since around the time, every week Benoit was needing Eugene's help >_>. And then, when they could have done something with him, they fucked his character up with the quick face turn, which the fans didn't get behind (they should have known that) and he had to drop the title in one month. So all of the big moments he's had..WWE has fucked up somehow. They may do the same here...but hey, it'll still make him a bigger star.
-
Wow, Josh or, Holy shit if Diego wins...is gonna fuck Kenny up. elbow to the eye..which they just showed.
