Interesting...I think. Thought it was Dibiase for a second. -
Yes. It doesn't have to be a character from a story that's cannon. As this would probably eliminate quite a few Classic/or classic versions of heroes. Which in the case of some, were maybe better before certain retcons.
-
Honestly, that confused me. :/ Or maybe others are just putting way more thought into it then I am. Just think of it in the vein of the Desert Island drafts, rather then wrestling/sports drafts where the teams were put to some sort of use after they were completed. Basically in the end you're gonna rank who wound up with the 'best collection of superheroes'. (In the same way someone's going to have the best set of movies in the movie draft, or the best collection of tv shows in the tv draft). So to answer your question more clearly, looks like we're going with the coolest team. Yes. Every one of them is a different person. Someone can also choose any member of the Sinestro Corps, the Teen Titans, the X-men, etc. Just so long as it's not an alternate universe version of someone who's already been selected.

Can't we just not rate the teams, to avoid giving our opponents points? It will be fair because everyone will have the opportunity to put themselves at #1, and will then have a reason to even bother rating the teams. No they won't. You rank the other 14 teams. Not including yourself. Everyone must rate the teams in order for us to conclude. With every person eliminating only themselves, everyone will be eligible to receive the same amount of points. One with the most, wins.

I thought the first pronunciation was correct...at least that's how they've been saying it on television every since she appeared in the WWE. It's called a ringback tone. Unless you were just being sarcastic, referring to him not saying ringback. But yea, it depends on whether the other person has one or not.. -
Fantasy style, serpentine rules. So the last person has both picks 15 and 16. In your case, your first two picks are 13 and 18.
-
Not actually who I had planned to pick, as I thought he'd be gone first, but it's a no brainer. My first pick: Superman. Why not go with the man who essentially started it all. He is comic book history. He stands for truth, justice, and the American way, and all that jazz...but really all you need to say, is, He's Superman. And a little personal fact, I actually have a tattoo of the Superman logo. (Yea, I know I'm a total geek >_>)

Alright, as like others I want to get this moving along, all participants have been chosen, and I'll shuffle the names up shortly. As far as how a winner is determined, this is just supposed to be fun, and as someone said no need to get complicated, and seeing as the winner doesn't actually win anything...the point is just to draft the best of superheroes, and come up with your own dream line up. As best as you can, as others will likely steal your picks, which is the whole fun behind a draft anyways. So in a moment I'll finalize the order, and we can start. edit- Did as I said, and just wrote the names on pieces of paper, shuffled them up, and determined our drafting order. And the number one spot goes to Brooklyn Zoo. And once he's made his selection, the Superhero draft can start!

Yea, I'm pretty sure it was the first girl pictured, just without all that lipstick.
-
I personally don't have enough knowledge of writers/artist to participate in that. I don't think most others, with the exception of those that are hardcore comics fans would either. Or maybe I'm wrong. I rarely care who's writing though.

If I'm not mistake Radmanovic seriously just ran from half court to the basket pretty much...
-
Which was immediately after knocking Pantha's head off. I just can't help but love that gruesome picture of Risk' arms being ripped to shreds.
-
I would assume just one of each hero. Or as said before, there'd probably be a lot of 'Superman, Superman Earth 2, KC Superman' etc.
-
On Crackdown, does anyone know how to turn the gangs on/off? You're supposed to have the option after beating all of the gangs, but I don't see it anywhere. edit- Nvmind, evidently there's a boss I forgot in an earlier level.
-
My thought is twofold - there are at least 4 different versions of the guy out there in the DCU alone, and that's not counting Mon-El, Apollo, Power Girl or Supergirl. So having a draft would more or less cancel each other out, so Either DQ or arbitrarily assign. I should point out at this time that when I made that suggestion, I was about as drunk as Lei Tong on a good day. To say that there's not much to do in Dayton is an understatement. Although I do love me some Skyline Chili. Second, you'd have to establish parameters as to Superman's power, and I don't think you'll get enough people to agree with one statement. Hey, he could have all the powers in the world, but if' you've got a Batman with a kryptonite ring on your team, chances are he's going down.
-
Not really. I'd make the suggestion that each round could be a different universe (Marvel, DC, Wildstorm etc.) but, I don't really know as much as I'd like about anything other then the big 2. And even then I know more about DC. But why DQ Superman? Hogan wasn't exempt from the wrestling draft. It'd just be a coo for the number 1 drafter, or whoever got him first. But then again I'm not really sure how the results work. Would people just pick, which team was their favorite, which team would win in a prospective fight, etc.? Anyways, I don't really think anyone should be DQed if it does happen.

Hmm...John Cena taking 'supplementary substances' before his match with Hardy. I don't think that's fair. >_> Not to mention, seeing as I don't really know what mamajuana does, does this mean John Cena is ummm, "a little horny" for this matchup. Or is it simply an 'energy drink'?

They were totally about to cut off on Jericho there...

I think a lot of people might be... Shit's not working. >
