Alright, so just got this game, and I've played for about 5 minutes so far. And, Holy shit, am I the only one who could smoke the Running Back mini game last year, but think it's absolutely impossible this time around?? Maybe it's just a first impression thing, and I'm not used to it yet, but it just seemed like I couldn't even cross the fucking bags. As soon as I got to the line all three dudes just hit me. (Guess the blocker didn't do much of anything) and i'm on All Pro...but it just seems that way, damn. edit- and is everyone not able to do "everything"? As I was typing this, a loading screen came up that said a speed guys special ability was 'RT, Speed burst' does this mean guys without the speed thing can't speed burst? And funnily enough, my first offensive play in my first game is a 60 yd TD run >_>

Just upped difficulty I guess. It's the first song I've seen on expert to have a Green/Blue/Orange combination. And I guess toned down to Normal...well, that upped difficulty would be orange. (there's another song on normal with an orange note I believe too)

I still don't get the whole "ECW Invasion" deal though. If they got the rosters right, then that's only an amazing total of 7 superstars! (As I'm sure Sandman will be on ECW) And, the only other possibility is 8, if they still include him on ECW. That's some invasion...

So the roster size doesn't exactly bother me, since I don't really use everyone all the time (I mean, who actually used Snitsky in 07?? ) But the lack of the tag team guys is disappointing, and crazy! How the hell can you not have Londrick who had the titles almost a year? Hopefully there are a LOT of downloadable superstars and for cheap.

From TMZ: Hulk Hogan's son Nick was seriously injured in a car accident tonight in Clearwater, Fl. Law enforcement tells TMZ the accident occurred around 7:31 p.m. ET tonight. According to police, a Toyota Supra, driven by Nick Bollea (Hogan's real name), was traveling at a very high rate of speed when it lost control and hit a raised median. The car was flipped around and the back end hit a palm tree. The impact, we're told, "destroyed the entire car." The two male occupants were flown by Medivac helicopter from the accident scene to a hospital in St Petersburg. We're told both injuries are "very very serious." No, quite different. Even if they did the feuding tag champs thing, it's a completely different story. (An actually interesting one) Especially since Matt/MVP hate each other, Cena/Michaels didn't persay.

Because Superstar sucks. To each his own, and I know it's only a matter of opinion, but IMO, superstar mode just isn't fun. (That is, if 08 is like 07 seeing as I haven't played 08 yet) It's not fun not being able to control the team. And if the team doesn't want to involve you in any of the plays, well you're screwed. (For example, I was a WR my first superstar mode, and the fuckers would always throw to the left side of the field no matter what, even when I was wide open on the other...) When I was RB the team seemed to mostly pick passing plays, or horrible plays that would pretty much make me run into the heavy covered side of the field. And as a QB I hated the camera angle. Just didn't feel the same. All in all, the fact that anyone would forego franchise to play Superstar is baffling to me.

Does his weight really need to be exact? All it is is merely a number, and doesn't even change the way the character looks...so why not just make him a cruiser, creat him big, and give him all the cruiser moves you want? And the cruiser limit by the way is 215 in the wwe. In regards to the selling, the thing was that the body/head was so easy to damage that that usually took precedence. But if you have a match where say, only the legs were red then he would do the thing where he walks around holding his leg. If only the arms are red then he holds his arms. But as soon as the body or head gets red, he starts to hold that, so you rarely see those animations unless that's what you're specifically going for (For example you have to do like 10 figure fours, without having damaged his body in the process...etc)
