Well, I'd suggest using a torrent, and getting all of the stuff BEFORE Infinite Crisis. (A lot of it was better then IC itself, plus I suggest torrent because I dont know how hard that would be to track down through comics stores) If you start at IC I suppose you would still be able to understand somewhat, but I guess things like, if so and so was a bad guy, but in OYL is a good guy...you really wouldnt know. But I thin you should go Pre-Infinite Crisis, Infinite Crisis, then OYL (Because 52, so far doesn't have much to do with any OYL series) although it's a lot of stuff edit- Thinking about it, you could just catch up through Wikipedia. Although that's not as good of course.

Yeah, Batista should have known that walking into an ECW show would be like entering a pit of fire. He did not know what to do with himself at all. All he did was get pissed off and want to fight a kid in the crowd... Did I miss something? I was thinking the opposite. I figure in a situation like that, you just continue to do your job, and actually, ignore it. Which is what I thought Batista was doing. (although, you could see he was pissed haha, but he still taunted and everything even though they were booing him). I thought it was a thing taught backstage, that it's wrong to 'disrespect' the crowd, even when they're disrespecting you. And even though Big Show was the heel, he looked like he was going beyond the call of duty. Sort of how Lesnar was looked down upon at WMXX. But hey..maybe that's just me.

Yea...but even someone like me, who's not really a fan of the old ECW (I never really watched that is). I know that there is a certain type of wrestler they can be accepted in ECW. A guy like CM Punk, has a chance, hell, even a guy like 'Kevin Thorn' Imo at least..has a chance...but then you have, obvious WWE type guys like Batista..where you know if they appear on the show, they're probaly going to get booed. At least if it's in front of a 'real' ECW crowd. A guy like Big Show, probaly in Old ECW if he had made an appearence would have gotten a pop, but the way things have been done, and the fact he's so obviously WWEised, of course he's gonna get booed.

Well that's what makes you a fan.... Just like any sport, if you're a team fan, and they start losing, you start booing, and when they start winning, then you start cheering...

What the heck were they thinking putting Batista in a match for the ECW title anyways? (especially here) They should have known chances are it would only make him look bad. And you dont want to do that to your possible next World Champ. Now I want to hear a Booker T promo where he goes "thats why they booed your ass in ECW"

Well, the "Indy God" himself (according to many) has finally got his shot at the big stage so to speak. For lack of a better phrase, he's made it. (although this of course, isn't the biggest stage) You can't blame him.

For all the talk from Punk the last few weeks, IMO at least, he took to much of an ass whupping. With that kind of build, you sort of expect the person to squash his opponent. In guess overall, it worked out though, made him look like an actual wrestler I guess...but definitely a good debut nontheless, especially because of the crowd. It really would be great if they could do it here every week. (since obviously they felt compelled to make this show a 'special' show) The arena must give them some kind of motivation.

Wow, that's a lot of debuts. 3 debuts, and 2 guys who just showed up last week. So I guess the 'good' thing, even when something happens that eliminates like half a roster, is that the WWE always, has reserves.
