You mean the IC Title match, Loss? I think Angle/Kane was MUCH better, but I haven't seen either match in quite a while, so I can't say for sure. By the way, you were talking about how Angle never builds to the Ankle Lock in another thread, however, didn't he murder Kane's ankle that entire match? (I could be wrong) EDIT: It was this thread, actually. I dunno what I was thinking. Edit (Take 2): AAAGGGHHHH!

Wow, an RVD fan saying Kurt Angle is over-rated. Because RVD isn't, right? I would, however, be interested in both (RVDMark and Loss) of your opinions on WHY Kurt Angle is over-rated. Unless its too off-topic.

I saw those matches too! Show and A-Train vs Taker and Nathan Jones was a match on a house show here last year. It was brilliant. ****3/4 MOTYC. Of course, no one else saw it, only the people in attendance. But I can tell you now, the match rocked! Show was busting out SSPs and everything. Awesome stuff! Yeah. Gotta love that great up and comer Flair. He is gonna be huge one day. But his time hasn't come yet. He needs improvement. He can improve by watching some Triple H matches. The match they had on the 2nd SD! after SummerSlam last year was MUCH better. Very good tv match, and it too had a screwy finish. I'm dissapointed that there was never a rematch where they could really tear it down. Oh, and btw, Angle has carried Kane, Taker and Show to decent-good-very good matches. What more do you want? Carrying a lesser worker is one thing, but there is no way that even Shawn could carry Nathan Jones and Matt Morgan to ****+ matches in his prime. So don't expect Kurt to either.

They need to have wrenches. BIG ASS WRENCHES.
-
And what was that idea?
-
There's been enough of 'if wrestler A loses he can never wrestle AGAIN' as far as I'm concerned. Seriously, how many have there been in the last year alone?

But then, doesn't it make wins/losses seem all the more pointless when Orton's jobbing in an IC Title match one month, then getting a World Title shot the next? If they go with Orton/Benoit, they should just keep Orton IC Champ for it, and have a Champ vs Champ match. Then Orton can job to Shelton at Slam. Plus Orton/Benoit can happen later this year, title or no title. It would take a turn to set up a Jericho/Benoit match once Benoit loses the belt, so they should do that at Vengeance.

Just so long as there is no 24/7

I don't think Eddie's reign is a disaster. If anything, it's the only thing keeping me sane while watching SD. Eddie's carrying the show on his back, and that's plain for anyone to see. The booking, and everything around him may suck, but Eddie's doing his damn best to make SD! watchable.

Well, it depends on your perspective on it. I have never thought of athlete only when thinking of a guy who can do alot of flips. This, I think, is why you think RVD is the best athlete in WWE (if that's what you think, which I'm not sure of). For example, Shelton Benjamin is a much better athlete than RVD. He's not an athlete in a judo, or martial arts sense like RVD. But he is an athlete non the less. And a damn good one. Kurt Angle is a better athlete than RVD (but he's been Champ). I'm short of examples right now, but I have give you one in Shelton. Oh and I agree the statement is stupid anyway.
-
That's not even taking into account all the guys who have been used in the lower card for years who are much better athletes than RVD. Oh, and whoever created this topic REALLY exaggerates everything. Great matches with Booker and Charlie? Yeah, ok.

Regal/Eugene/Tajiri vs Cade/La Resistance, perhaps? It would lead to WACKY~ antics involving the team of Eugene and Tajiri. It could lead to a reconcile between Tajiri and Regal. It would let them put a bunch of directionless jobbers in a bit of an angle, and give La Resistance some much needed exposure with Coach by there side. Plus it would tie in Tajiri's feud with Coach. Sounds ok to me. Though I would rather have Tajiri and Hurricane vs Batista and Flair at BB, it ain't gonna happen. Indeed. If they aren't gonna do anything with him on SD, then they should move Stamboli to Raw and make he and Palumbo the top face team. Just have F.B.I got into the bookie business on Raw, cheat some top heels out of some cash, and voila! They're babies. I once again ask why Palumbo and Train were moved to Raw when they HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING! Not even a Heat appearance. Meanwhile, SD!'s midcard is filled with the awesome credability of Jacqueline, Classic, Mordecai and the team of a gay guy and a guy REALLY lacking in charisma (Billy Gunn and Hardcore Holly). Why not just leave them on SD? It's better than what they've got at the moment.

Didn't they face Rock and Jericho one time? The match lasted like a minute, but the thought was there. Or did that have Raven in it?
-
Yeah it is. It's just that he was promoted as Sly for a house show coming up. They've been doing that for a while now, so I don't think there will be a name change. Anyway, on the Jericho/Christian subject, I think focus is going to somehow shift to a Jericho, Hardy and Lita vs Trish, Christian and Tomko match for BB. Hardy and Christian was hinted at, Jericho and Christian have there thing going on, and the chicks have a feud going on. Just wondering why they didn't just save Jericho/Christian for BB.

Aldo screwed Aldo!

No matches announced? Thats the first in a while.

OK, I'll accept it is better than last week's card. But being better than crap isn't a good thing. The card still looks like junk. But I'll watch because I'm a fool.

So we have what will no doubt be a squash, the usual stupid tag title match, another silly CW Title match and a rematch from an average match at the ppv. Yes, this looks great! The main event SHOULD be okay, but I doubt Kidman/Akio will get any time at all. Why is that even happening? Just looks like another crappy SD to me.

I didn't care for it. It wasn't bad, and they did try but there didn't seem to be any real flow or story to the match. It only got decent once they started firing off the near falls. All the back work was just pointless and served only to waste time. You could tell that it wasn't going anywhere and was being used as a stop gap for the finishing sequence. Still, it wasn't really bad or anything. Cena's crossbody bump to the outside was cool, and the ending was neat, so it didn't really bother me. Both guys need a better moveset, however.

So a new search bar has magically appeared on my browser. Hopefully you guys can tell me where this thing came from, and how I get rid of it. It's called doesdatecake. I have no idea where it's come from or what it is. It also keeps removing my google pop-up blocker and is bombarding me with pop-ups. I checked my favourites and a ton of stuff has appeared in sub folers like computers, adult entertainment and travel. Where has this come from, and how do I get rid of it?

It was Al Wilson. He doesnt like what Torrie has become, and he will stop at NOTHING~ to show her the error of her ways. Or something.

But it's not just about popping the crowd. If it was, you would just put the babyfaces over in every match. You would have Rey Mysterio beat the Big Show. It would get a great pop, right? Does it mean it's good business? No. You have to think about where the result of this match leaves the competitors. On one hand, it pops the crowd like you say. On the other, you pretty much end Booker's purpose as a heel. He been bragging for months about being the best on SD. In his first big macth, he lost. Convincingly. Why should I care about Booker getting a shot at Eddie, or being a main eventer when he can't back up waht he says, or at least put up a good fight. It's not all about popping crowds, ya know?

Im sure Taker 'didnt feel like losing'. Thats the point.
