Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

Billy Gunn. -
Why was Nathan Jones taken out of the tag match at WM19? Did they really think that the match would truly suck with him in it at the last minute?
-
I'd rather have Pizza Hut than Dominos but if I had a choice I would say fuck them both.
-
I tried seeing this last night but all the showings for the night were souled out so I saw 30 days of Night instead. Fuck the College Point theater.
-
The other night I saw Between The Buried & Me with HORSE The Band, Animosity and some band called Giant. Giant was pretty good as an opener, Animosity put on a crazy show, HORSE got everybody into their music (since the concert was on Halloween, the members all dressed like Disney Divas: Drummer was Tinkerbell, Bassist was the witch from Snow White, Guitarist was Jasmine, Keyboardist was Belle and the singer was Ariel.) BTBAM put on an amazing show and would definatley see them again. They played "Colors" straight though (all 65 minutes of it with maybe 2 breaks) and for an encore they played "Selkies: The Endless Obssession" people were pissed that they didn't play Mordecai but fuck that, great show.

Nowinski as a manager wouldn't work. A manager would eventually need to take a few bumps in the ring and I don't think Nowinski can take a slap to the face without getting brain damage considering the shape he's in now.

Punk didn't really care about the show at all and spent the majority of it just spouting out inside jokes. He made several references to Colt Cabana and Samoa Joe.

Monster Mash Battle Royal. Miz Vs Morrison. More Balls & Kelly.

Tommy Dreamer as Paul Heyman, nice. -
So is Pacman's run with TNA officially over?

CM Punk at a movie theater bathroom. I knew it was him because my friend yelled out his name and he turned around and nodded at us.

I don't know if it came out this year or last but that fucking Three Days Grace song that goes "PAIN WITHOUT LOVE" is fucking terrible.

Pretty sure Pete's pushing fifty. My favorite Peter Steele moment will always be this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=D6gosoh_c_8 I remember watching this when I was younger, before I knew who Type O were and wondered why a heavy metal star would appear on a mainstream daytime talk show but I guess it beats out GWAR on the Jerry Springer show.

Brian London, heh.

I saw the match in question (Nash vs Spivey) on Youtube and yea, that powerbomb looked like it did irrepairable damage to his career. Such a shame. Also, anyone remember when they would replay PPV matches in their entirety on Raw and Superstars? I remember they did this for the December '95 PPV and replayed Bret/Bulldog, Taker/Mabel and HHH/Godwin. Any reason why they did this and why they never did it again afterwards?

Why was Waylon Mercy's (Dan Spivey) WWF stint so short? I always thought he had a very interesting gimmick where he'd think and act like a face but in the ring he'd snap and be a heel.

The guy who posted all the themes hasn't even posted here in over a year. The chances of anyone getting their requests is zero unless someone else who has the themes posts them here.

Does knowing a simillar plot line...
Epic Reine replied to Steve J. Rogers's topic in Television & Film
A lot of movies have the same idea but are executed in a completley different way. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is essentially a love story but I'll be damned if I hear someone compare it to something like "The Notebook". -
Most Important/Influential Matches of All Time

Goldberg vs Hugh Morris - WCW Nitro Sept. '97 The start of one of the biggest wrestling draws of the 90's. The beginning of the streak Btw, can't believe it's been 10 years since Goldberg first appeared on Nitro. -
ROH Boston/Jersey Weekend (now with results)
Epic Reine replied to Hawk 34's topic in General Wrestling
Eh, I knew the next champ had to be either McGuiness or Rave and as soon as Rave left it became pretty clear. -
Are You Afraid of The Dark? became unwatchable when Gary's little brother Tucker put together a new Midnight Society, even if it included Elisha Cuthbert.

Was HHH supposed to return from his knee injury at Survivor Series '98 like he was advertised or was he always meant to not be a part of the card by no-showing (in kayfabe)?

Cena Injured Tonight (Out 6-12 Months)
Epic Reine replied to PILLS! PILLS! PILLS!'s topic in The WWE Folder
What happened to Cena really sucks and it sets the whole company back even more with the Benoit thing and recent steroid outings. Not to take the focus off the topic but I really also feel bad for Kennedy. Every time he starts to build up some momentum, something ALWAYS has to set him back whether it be an injury, suspension and now- though not his fault - putting out the company's biggest star. -
Diesal vs Bret Hart at Survivor Series '95. Diesal put Hart through hell, powerbombing him through a table and all and thinks he finally put him down for good but then Bret out of nowhere nails a small package and pins him so quickly. Diesal let his guard down for one second and the match is over. Plus, you had Nash screaming "Fuck motherfucker!" after he lost. Undertaker vs HHH at Wrestlemania X7. Taker nails the tombstone on HHH, a move he hasn't used in years and he has the win in the bag but the ref is out. Taker goes for the Last Ride but HHH nails him with the sledgehammer while he's up. Everyone thinks Taker's done but he kicks out at 2 and a half. HHH can't believe it and wonder what it'll take to put the Deadman down. He then gets desperate and starts to pound on Taker in the corner but suddenly, Taker nails the Last Ride and pins him clean. Without a doubt one of my favorite ending sequences ever. Steve Corino vs Justin Credible at November To Remember '00. Credible is just nailing Corino repeatedly with the cane, just hitting him one after another after another, everyone thinks Corino is done because it wasn't until very recently he was taken seriously as a wrestler and suddenly out of nowhere, BAM! Corino nails the superkick and pins him to become the ECW World Champion, something NO ONE would have thought 6 months prior. Still one of my favorite inspirational wins ever.

Calling it, Umaga interferes in the McMahon/HHH match.
