Yup.

Halloween writer/director Rob Zombie has announced on his official Blog that he has cast Malcolm McDowell as Dr. Loomis in his new take on the classic horror movie. Donald Pleasence played Dr. Loomis in John Carpenter's 1978 original and its sequels. McDowell will join the previously-cast Daeg Faerch, who plays a young Michael Myers, Sheri Moon and Heather Bowen. Dimension Films has scheduled an August 31 release for the film.

On The LAW, Meltzer said the decision to remove Sabu was made a few days ago. Honestly, if I knew ahead of time that Sabu wasn't going to be in the match I would not have purchased the PPV. I purposely waited until 3-4 pm today to buy the ppv to make sure there were no shenanigans.

I can't believe I paid $40 for that. I wanted to watch the football game so I dvr'd the PPV. I ended up watching the first match live (which I thought was good) then I went back to the game. I flipped over during a commercial in time to hear that Sabu wasn't going to be in the Chamber. I immediatley felt ripped off, but I was still interested in watching the PPV. I went back to the game. I flipped back in time to see that fucking Bob Holly was Sabu's replacement. Not only did the WWE steal 40 of my dollars, but now I have to watch Bob Holly AND Test in the Main Event. Fuck that! Even though I was incredibly pissed I was still looking forward to seeing what RVD and CM Punk would do in the Chamber. Back to football. The kick is good, game over, back to the PPV. I fast forward to the Chamber match, figuring that I'll watch the midcard another time. Chamber starts, first 10 minutes are decent, then comes Test. Next thing I know Punk, Holly and RVD get eliminated in like a minute. YOUGOTTAFUCKINGBEKIDDINGME. Seriously, with all the meatheads in this match you going to get rid of Punk and RVD in the first 15 minutes. I watched the rest of the match just shaking my head. Then to top it off after the PPV ends I check to see what the midcard matches were. Yeah, no fucking way will I be wasting my time watching that crap. So I paid 40 bucks for two matches totalling about 50 minutes. Almost $1 per minute. God am I stupid.

Honestly it wouldn't suprise me if Show is one of the first participants eliminated.

I think it's Peter. I don't know how the whole "Save the Cheerleader" thing altered the timeline, but remember when Hiro teleported to Issac's apartment before the explosion and saw a newspaper that said Nathan wins the election by a landslide? I'm thinking that Peter dies and Nathan, being the selfish ass we have seen, uses it and his wife's paralysis to his advantage to gain the sympathy vote. I don't think it's Peter. When Hiro teleported from the future to deliver a message to Peter he told him that he looks different without his scar, which implies that Peter is still around in the future.

It's going to be the Dudley Boyz. Seriously though, I think if it's not Nitro and Helms then it will probably be a team like Knox and Striker.

No, for some reason they are totally against people using cell phones to take pictures. I went to an ECW/Smackdown show in September and every so often security would come around and yell at people using cell phones to take pictures, meanwhile I took like 150 pictures with my digital camera with no problems.

I'm with the majority here. Every episode follows the same pattern, and it not a good pattern to begin with. It doesn't help that the "action" reminds me of Walker Texas Ranger (the gun fights, Skeet's mom getting trampled) and the drama is on the same level as bad teenage coming of age shows with all the crappy music and relationship problems. As far as the characters go, I want to punch Peyton Manning's bearded brother in the nose. He's so fucking annoying, but then again so is everyone else. This show is such a bust.

I'm thinking the only difference is going to be a couple garbage cans o' plunder inside the cage and maybe some barbed wire integrated somewhere. I'm really concerned about the undercard though. The main event will probably go over 40 minutes but what the hell are they going to do with the rest of the show.

I'm not convinced that Claire's dad is a villian. They almost are making it too obvious that he's "bad" so I'm almost expecting a twist.

This is a really good show and I can't wait for the next episode. Peter's powers of absorbtion were finally made obvious, although I didn't pick up on it until my wife (who wasn't really paying attention) said something. Much like everyone else I can't stand Ali Larter and her "greasy looking" son. Hopefully getting her husband involved will make things more interesting. The other characters are coming on strong. I really like where the show is heading. I haven't been this involved in a show since the first season of Lost.

I don't get it. Frankie Muniz and William Regal? I feel left out.

The ECW house show in Niagara Falls on Sunday was changed to a Smackdown/ECW show. I have really good tickets for this show, so I'm pretty excited about the change. I've never seen guys like Booker T, Rey Misterio and Batista live before. On the other hand, I was hoping to recapture some of the old ECW Buffalo show atmosphere, but that's okay. There are still really good tickets left (6 rows from the ring) for anyone in the area that is interested. I'll feel pretty lame if there are only a couple hundred other people there.
