Presidents are what makes comics look bad in the long run. I remember seeing Superman smacking around Kennedy and Kruschev in an old issue. Fashions at the time is one thing that can be forgiveble. Remember seeing Sue Storm with the Femullet? That can't be avoided. However, Presidents and the so called "hot" celebs ruin comics. Plus does anyone remember Freddie Prince Jr. to this day. He also had an appearance in the Ultimates.

Smallville is an ok show but nothing special. I believe that it will be nearly forgotten after 10 years. The show just won't have a long term impact. Look at Batman the Animated Series. That has had a huge impact on the books. Mr. Freeze was changed to coincide with the TV series. Plus when you ask people what there ideal interpetation of Batman was, most will point out that when they think of Batman they thing of BTAS. Hey does anyone remember the Superboy TV show in the 80's? I don't.

In my mind almost all the Ultimate stories are ripoffs of what they did in the past. People like to give such huge props to Millar's the Ultimates. While it is an interesting read it won't hold up at all. You have Bush as president and within 6 years the story will seem to dated. Also a reference to Shannon Elizabeth makes the series already seem so yesterday. When is the last time you have heard her name mentioned? Also, it seems to me that the Suicide Squad was done 20 years prior based on the same premise.

I say that DC will still have to do some major revising withing 5 years from now. After Smallville is off the air DC will have to fix some of the changes they made to coincide with the show.

Richard Moll also played Two-Face on Batman the Animated Series. Quick question though did Moll play one of the Kryptonian prisoners from Sperman II? I thought one of the villians looked like him but I wasn't sure. Laroquette on NewsRadio would have been great, except that he had his own show on NBC at the same time.

Since it is rumored that the next film will introduce Harvey Dent to series who do you want to play him? My choice is Jude Law. If you look at the art work from The Long Halloween, I believe that there is a resemblance that Jude Law has to Harvey Dent. That is my choice for the role of Dent, who is your choice?

Scary to consider that for my keepers last year I need to decide between Javon Walker, Chad Johnson, and Marvin Harrison.

I do think that the president does work while on vacation. I doubt the president really sits around going "You know I should work on trying to get bills passed, but the heck with it, I got a Tee-time to make." I am sure the man does work while he is on vacation.

I do find it kind of odd that the politicans from the right are not siding up with her. The only ones who seem to be doing so is left wing radio hosts (Ed Schultz and so on). In my eyes the only reason the press is covering her is that there is nothing else in the news. Roberts is not up for a vote yet, no cute girl kidnapped and missing. It is just a short ammount of time until a new story comes up and this is tossed aside. Except CNN will keep covering it ad nausem.
