Yeah they like to party.

From everything I know about UA, they like to party. So the students just might.

I've been moping around for about the last 2 1/2 hours somewhat similar to Oregon's offense.
-
Yeah but Sacramento has more wins than the 3 of them combined.

Oregon State just got hosed on a call. Running back Yvenson Bernard was clearly down 1 yard shy of a touchdown and dropped the ball stretching toward the endzone. A Washington player picks it up and runs it back to the 30 and the refs somehow rule it a fumble. UW got a play off before a review could happen and is driving with under 2 minutes left. Edit: turnover on downs, OSU wins. Fuck em both.

I thought it was gonna be a looong season after the Blazers lost their first 3 games. Then they had to go out and win 3 straight against some pretty good teams. All three were at home, but they won pretty convincingly. I was worried when they traded Zach Randolph because of the gaping hole it left in scoring but Martell has stepped up pretty big. Defensively they've been a surprise too, holding Dirk to 11.

I wouldn't call 15 points that comfortable of a lead unless there are like 4 mins left. Especialy when playing against Gilbert Arenas. I feel that when you get a lead by playing your offense, you continue to play your offense.

I know D Wade isnt playing, but I'm watching the San Antonio vs Miami game and the arena seems relatively empty. Whats up with that world champs? I traded Martell Webster for Jamal Tinsley in a league where I need some assists. I think I got a good deal. Thoughts? EDIT: It actually filled up now.

The big issue (to the best of my knowledge):The Pac 10 has the WORST tv contract. Aside from being on shitty Fox Sports, most of the games get regional coverage only. This one was scheduled to be on in Oregon, Arizona, and parts of Southern California. The Pac 10 doesn't like to televise overlapping games so they usually only end up with three games on each week. FSN thankfully expanded regional coverage and then ESPN came along and bought the rights to show it and is bringing College Gameday.

Ugghhh. Those draft prospects look very underwhelming. I suppose someone could blow up but it just doesn't seem very good to me. There are some solid guys but to me it's a lot of players who are just nice. Of course I didn't know anything about Kevin Durant at this time last year either.

Damn you. Someone has a ticket for me but I would have to get out of work and just took 5 days off.

It's not about beating an inferior team. They rushed the field because they FINALLY beat USC. Oregon hasn't beaten them since Joey Harrington played. There was a lot more on the line than winning a football game. If they lost, they'd be an afterthought. By winning it put them center stage in the national media, and for a school in the Pacific Northwest that's hard to do. Oregon has a chance to be a big time player this year and hopefully find some stability at that level. That was probably the biggest win in the history of the program. I've got no problem with the best student section in at least the Pac 10 celebrating that. In the end though it won't matter unless Letdown University wins this week against ASU. Fox sports has expanded regional coverage of Oregon ASU and will also broadcast it on Fox College Sports Central. Also, ESPN College Gameday is coming back to Eugene this week.

Well either way its a top 3 matchup that wouldn't be on tv.

So here's an interesting tidbit. If Oregon and ASU win, tOSU and BC lose, then the next week it could be #3 ASU vs #4 Oregon. Unfortunately due to the shittiest tv contract in America, the game would only be on in Arizona and Oregon. Worst...television contract...ever!

The one Ducks game I really wanted to go to and I'm going to be at a wedding in southern California for the weekend. With an Oregon win, there will be much trash talking. With a loss...open bar, there will be trash talking anyways.

Just checked and it was ONLY 465! Jontathan Stewart had 251, Andre Crenshaw 113, and Dennis Dixon had 99. They were 1 yard away from 3 100 yard rushers. They had more rushing yards than Washington had offense.
