Wrestlecrap's Gooker Award Nominees Announced!
Gary Floyd replied to CBright7831's topic in The WWE Folder
JR got my vote. Viscera's angle was bad, but it was somehow entertaining. I could never vote Snitsky, as he's a guilty pleasure for me. I thought that Hassan the terrorist would piss me off, but it ended up just being retarded. The Jillian's mole bit was stupid, but hardly insulting. Kurt Angle: Beastialiy fan was bad, but laughably so. New LOD was bad, but didn't piss me off too much. This years Diva search was better than last years fiasco. The writers at least seem to realize how goofy BoogeyMan is. Finally, Warrior flipping out also had him trying to sue Something Awful, which was funny. The whole JR thing pissed me off to no end, especially the whole ass surgery bit, and the fact that it proved that it put non-wrestlers in the spotlight. It was Katie Vick bad, though it was funny to see Vince all pissed off that the fans hated it so much, proving just how far removed from reality the man is. I swear, Vince could come out in blackface, talk about watermelon an fried chicken, and he would have no idea that it would piss fans off. He really is that clueless. What a weird year for the WWE. Oh, and placebo http://lexluger.ytmnd.com/ -

Actually, Ulver are about the only Black Metal band I enjoy.

Chuck Norris actually took initiative in creating the internet. When Al Gore said that it was him, Chuck gave him a roundhouse kick. Suprisingly, Gore survived, but he was paralyzed. To add insult to injury, Chuck then fucked Tipper up the ass in front of Al. She loved every second of it.

The depths of human perversion knows no bounds. Remembr that. -
I'm sure if he helicoptered his dick at Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, he'd find his way to the unemployment line. Flair's dick is like a Helicopter?

Not to mention despicably racist. Totally. Burzum anyone? (Really shitty band, I might add)

Maybe Vince will come out and act like he's going to rape a Diva in the middle of the Ring. Then he'll complain about the media misinterpereting him. The saddest part of that? I woudn't be suprised if that happened.

Man, this is just awesome on so many levels. Also, I was at a music store recently, and I saw that Stapp has a solo album out. While I was talking to one of the employees, she told me that no one had bought a copy, which comes to a suprise to no one.

You know, now that I think about it, the musicianshp in the band is awesome. It's just that I find there lyrics kinda hokey sometimes. Then again, I love a lot of bands that have hokey lyrics (i.e. Front Line Assembly). I guess it comes down to the fact that I like slower, doom/stomer metal more than thrash metal. Or Black Metal, which I think is the stupidest form of music in existence, though I know Slayer isn't Black Metal. Then again, that's only my opinion. Also, good points about Tool.

I've been saying that for a while. If anyone on this show deserves a spin-off, it's him.

It looks like Jack Ketchum's infamous novel The Girl Next Door is going to become a movie. I don't know who's directing it, but the script was written by Philip Nutman and Dan Farrands, while the book has been acclaimed as one of the best pieces of horror fiction in the past 10 to 20 years. You can read the review for the screenplaye here http://www.horrorchannel.com/index.php?nam...wcontent&id=665 Also, Stuart Gordon has been attatched to direct a film version of Ketchum's Ladies Night, which deals with a chemical that turns women aggressive both sexually and violently, while Chris Siverstron (who was a editor for Lucky McKee's awesome movie May) has wrapped up on his directorial debut, an adaptation of Ketchum's novel The Lost, which stars Marc Senter, Dee Wallace Stone, and Michael Bowen. Speaking of Mckee, there's also been talks that the next movie he directs (at least until The Woods gets released) will be an adaptation of Ketchum's novel Red. , and he produced The Lost In minor news, WWE's horror movie See no Evil will be released on May 19th. It was once called Eye Scream Man, but it looks like they wisely turned down that title. Finally, George Romero has been talking a possible sequal to :and of the Dead. Basically, while it tanked in the US, it did well in Europe and Japan. More can be read here http://www.empireonline.co.uk/news/story.asp?NID=17593 That's all. Personally, I'm most stoked about the movies based on Jack Ketchum books. I hope they turn out great.

I still Mark out for Snitsky. But it isn't his fault.

Pearl Jam Slayer (I think Kerry King is an awesome guitarist. That out of the way, I just don't get them) Most Progressive Rock The Sigur Ros album () Green Day (I hate them with an undying passion) The Cure The Strokes The White Stripes Nine Inch Nails Modest Mouse Franz Ferdinand The Mars Volta Coheed and Cambria The Sex Pistols (Actually, I don't like most British Punk Bands) Tool (I only like the album Lateralus. Aenima is one of the most overrated albuns ever created)
