* High Tension-9/10-Would be a 10 if it weren't for the ending. Other than that, it's damn near perfect. A definate top 10 of the year for me, and one of the most brutal horror films I've seen on the big screen in a long time. Also, best scene with a severed head since "Re-Animator" * Note, I saw it on Sunday, but forgot to mention it. Other than that, nothing to note.

Just saw "All Souls Day" on Sci Fi, and it was disapointing. Sure, Jeffrey Combs was fun, and there was some decent gore, but that was it. In a way, it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. I'm seeing "High Tension" tomorrow.
