eBay is a good place for me, at least the stores there. I also try Best Buy every now and again, and whatever used or indie record store is in a vicinity. As for MP3's, I tend to go with rar and zip files, though I've gotten music off iTunes, and I might try Amazon MP3 sometime. If it's something you can't find on iTunes or anywhere else (ie JG Thirlwell's Manorexia project), then I'll get it from the musicians web site.

It's still a go unfortunately. Anyways, I recommend "Inside." Damn, what a fucked up horror flick.

Hahaha are you serious about this? "Nerdcore" rap is the worst shit ever. Sorry, but I'm not from "da hood, y0." I don't care for ugly faces and big fat asses, I don't want to "get crunk," and I don't do drugs. I believe in a hard day's work for my pay, I believe in mutual respect amongst my peers. I believe in talent above marketing. I'm familiar with Star Wars, indie horror/sci-fi, and punk rock. If rap is meant to be the "music of the people," why would I listen to a bunch of men who don't look, talk, or act like I do, let alone have entirely different belief systems, ramble on about topics I have little care for? The few rap artists I do listen to are either better-than-average at what they do (Ice Cube, Wu-Tang Clan, Public Enemy, Run-DMC) or have something about them that I can associate with. I'm a white nerd from the suburbs. So why the motherFUCK would I want to listen to a hundred thousand different people rhyming about how the "white man has got me down" (Immortal Technique, anyone?) or about "backin' dat azz up." MC Lars speaks to me. He, along with other rapcore artists, take rap music for what it was meant to be: fun. There's a quote from Run-DMC that I can't find, but the summation of it is that 80's MCs would do party-rap because they didn't want to be reminded about the world of shit that they lived in. Plus, how many rappers do you know could take the Scorpions' "Rock You Like A Hurricane" and sample it into a dance beat? How many could do rhymes about Edgar Allen Poe one minute, and then break into ones about depiction of Hell throughout literature? Shit, how many rappers actually even KNOW what the fuck Dante's Inferno actually is? Ok then...

1. "Prom Night," $22.7 million. 2. "Street Kings," $12 million. 3. "21," $11 million. 4. "Nim's Island," $9 million. 5. "Leatherheads," $6.2 million. 6. "Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who!", $6 million. 7. "Smart People," $4.2 million. 8. "The Ruins," $3.3 million. 9. "Superhero Movie," $3.1 million. 10. "Drillbit Taylor," $2.1 million 11. "Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns," $1,570 Million 12. "10,000 B.C." 1,510 Million I'm really suprised "Prom Night" did as well as it did. I expected it to tank.

I used to like Olbermann...until he started going on about the show "24" being "a Bush administration a-ok to torture", or some kind of bullshit. At this point though, I can't stand him. He's become something of an obnoxious caricature, his "Special Comments" reek of self importance, his attempts at comedy are cringe worthy, and his feud with O'Reilly is like watching two idiots comparing the size of their cocks. I still like him more than O'Reilly, but Jesus Christ has he become a self-important douche.

Lamberto Bava's "Demons" is the perfect dumb but really fun 80's horror flick. Also, the recent adaptation of Jack Ketchum's novel "The Lost" is really good. It's pretty long, and for a while, is more of a drama than a horror movie, but oh boy, it's worth the wait.

The only Rick Roll that matters.

Why does this remind me of the "Pranksters" skit on SNL?

When I was a kid I lived that show. I saw it on Youtube a while back though...not as good as I remembered.
