How do people rate the Travis Johnson --> KC pick? Honestly, I'm not a big college football follower, or a KC fan, but the teams I wanted (Pats or Browns) were picked....

A true minor league would be good in a sense, but it doesn't need to go hand in hand with an age limit. Every year there will likely be someone like a Dwight Howard who is ready to play right out of high school, and it's unfair for them to have to stay in the minor leagues for two entire seasons. Not sure if I understand the elimination of the IL either. If you call up someone from the minors to replace an injured player does said injured player get demoted? The guy can get in a "rehab start" or two before coming back, but it seems like semantics rather than a practical reason. Even MLB has an IR.

I play OOTP6, and I'm wondering how specific you'll let us get with our coaching? I'll probably want to adjust the individual hit&run and base stealing and things of that nature, but I realize that with 20 teams you've already got your hands full. To be the devil's advocate, losing 7/10 and 9 straight on the road is pretty fucking bad, and he handled the McInnis/Snow situation pretty poorly, managing to alienate both of them in the process. But in Silas' favor, they have absolutely no depth as has been noted, and they still had a +.500 record. He deserved to coach out the season. And Brendan Malone is a horrible head coach.
