They should have put him in a feud with Test where they fight over Stacy, then have him turn heel and they could "share" Stacy... oh wait...nevermind.
-
Orton comes out and cuts victory promo, Edge interurpts him saying he beat him for the IC he should be #1 contender, HHH comes out and says you said you were gonna take down Evolution one by one but you never beat me. HHH vs Edge #1 contender feud.

Hey Greatone Iam a Spokanite.

Geez thats a bit anal to freak out about 2 posts about the guy. So you don't care cool, it's not like the guy was totally spamming the board, allthough he may be a member of the Shawn Daivari street team. Reminds me of "Brocks not in WWE, this belongs in sports" freak out sessions.

They had the Big Show pretend to injure him in a pretty similiar fashion to his father's death.

Who's gonna have to job to Randy if they really plan on making him a long-term champ. Hell if their not gonna use Scott Steiner why don't they just job him to Randy O and update his shirt. Who else will give Randy credibility depending on how long the Benoit fued goes?
-
I think he should stay heel, and allthough he gets face pops at times he should just ignore them. I can't seem him as a face at all.
-
I guess thats better than bringing in Heidenreich (spelling?) and giving him a shot at it.
-
Watched it all, my favorite match and imo overall best match on the DVD is the Benoit vs Angle Rumble match. And I had no idea Al Snow used to be kinda exciting.
-
Everyone in the uppercard is going to job to Randy, until he jobs to HHH and then everyone who jobbed to Randy will get back in line to job to HHH?
-
Because he put over Magnum TA and made his career by selling the belly to belly.

I was watching some old Nitro tapes and there was like 3 Benoit vs Regal matches. In all three they worked really stiff with each other, busting each other open in all 3 that resulted in a wide shot. I also am pretty sure I saw Benoits tooth go flying in one of them. Is that how Benoit lost his tooth? Whats the deal with these two? Were they shooting on each other?

Maybe they plan on putting on a great match, as a way to hype Benoit's DVD. -
Yeah I didn't think of that. I am almost 80% sure it was Benoit's tooth that came out because it was missing in the next match they had.

Prediction. *Triple H will tear a quad half-way through. *Ref bump followed by a Randy Orton run-in RKO that will look terrible. *They will over-expose Eugene once again and screw up the finish. Is that the proper smark predictions? -
So I was thinking of getting about 3 WWE DVD's (Wrestler, not ppv) Which are the top 3 I should get? And since I started a thread, why not rank the wrestler DVD's from best to worst. I was thinking Flair, Benoit, Brock.
-
Thanks again for everyone's input. I think I'll wait till Tuesday and get the Flair, Benoit & Foley one's It seems to be the majority vote.

X-pac vs Hurricane feud.
-
Thanks. The reason I was wanting Brock's was because the only matches I have ever seen from him are his early RAW stuff and the Goldberg match. I was thinking of getting the Monday Night Wars but decided that since I have just about every thing important that happened from Nitro & RAW during 95/99 on VHS there really isn't any point.
-
Agreed, I too am digging the longer matches. I got no problem with restholds, in fact I prefer it to say a RVD match of spot/spot/spot/ It makes actual "high spots" seem better. All Hail Orton & Batista for bringing back restholds.

No not really, but back then(as a kid before the internet exposed bad workers and mic skills) the feud with Flair was great.

Uh I was comparing the focus of the show being a heel four man stable and heel tag team facing all the faces. I in no way was I saying any of the people were as good as the old NWA days. I wasn't saying La Resistance was equal to the midnight express in any way, just that they were the heel tag team that the show's focus was on. btw who on Raw should become a credible breakout star threat? Who in your opinion should Evolution make the next Sting, Magnum TA, or Luger Garrison Cade? The Hurricane? Chuck Palumbo?
-
The old NWA/WCW ran Dusty Rhodes vs Flair, R&R Express vs Midnight Express into the ground and I loved it. In fact the focus on the show around then was The IV Horsemen vs The faces and it was great. Dusty Rhodes Nikita Kolloff The R&R Express The Road Warriors Ronnie Garvin Jimmy Garvin Barry Windham All basically trying to take out The IV Horsemen(Evolution) & The Midnight Express(La Resistance)

Iam not a big Edge fan, but I never did see him in his early WWF days. But right now Iam wishing he would have stayed on Smackdown. Not so he could win the title but so I didn't have to see him on RAW.
