Could I request some old school hip-hop? Perhaps your rendition of 'Today Was a Corpse Day' might be in order?

Perhaps a thread about Jingus in in order then, lol. -

Whilst we're on the subject of eyes... The fact that my mother tells the story of how when I was in year two I wrote down the eye colour of everybody in my class to literally every single visitor to my house is something that angers me greatly. edit: or just tales from my childhood in general. Why do parents feel the need to do this? -
Is that a Mark Prindle quote?

That makes no sense unless you're using 'poor' as a synonym of 'homeless', in which case... Still no sense. -

My appetite didn't really hit me very hard until just a short while ago. I skipped breakfast and lunch today due to my lack of hunger, and have just eaten a couple of pieces of bread without filling. I should be eating a rather substantial tea though in the form of sausage casserole.

I now realise that I enrolled for a subject today purely on a basis of how easy it is. This is a first in my academic career thus far, and must represent a serious degeneration for my attitude. The subject in question was sociology, for whatever it is worth. -
Stuff this white person likes. In bold.

That's certainly the best signature I have seen in a while! Reminiscing over video games that were popular before you were born has to be another thing that white people like, right? -
Much like Milky before me, I shall answer everything truthfully. I understand that I am nowhere near to being as established as he's, so this is going to be a blog rather than a thread. Don't be scared lesser known posters! Van Halen, here's your chance to glean some wisdom.
-
No. No I am not.
-
But also the poster.
-
Yes, the band.
-
I hate Van Halen.

I already liked Dylan when I first heard Blonde on Blonde based on The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan (which I purchased in the same sale, it was the first album I heard which didn't tick atleast one of the following boxes: Zeppelin, hip-hop or total shit, but I digress), but I found it to be massively underwhelming for about a year before it finally clicked. 'Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35' was just impossible to get past until I started to ignore it, I think.

I'm starting to come around on the taste of quite a few alcoholic beverages. I'm ashamed to admit that the Belgian beer that I like to drink is not only of a cherry flavour, but also comes in raspberry form. I somehow cannot remember its name at this very second though, it's a cheap import that my friend buys for me on our weekly binge. My taste in alcohol has changed overtime from delicious alchopops such as WKD and Smirnoff Ice, which I do still like the taste of, to exclusive cider binging. My enjoyment of beer and lager is fairly limited, all truths be told. Oh, I also very much like Malibu... Having said that, my absolute favourite drink is actually a cheap knock off of Malibu. It's essentially the exact same thing, right down to its logo, but it undeniably tastes better. I cannot find an image or even a reference to it online, but its name is simply 'Caribbean Rum'.

'One'. I don't even like that 'one' very much. How Corey could consider them to be superior to Black Sabbath is honestly beyond me. Soooooo, upon looking through Pitchfork's list of the best albums of the 1990's, I realise that I have only heard the following: 79. Dr. Dre - The Chronic 71. Dr. Octagon - Octagonecologyst 56. A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory 54. Blur - Parklife 50. Outkast - Aquemini 43. R.E.M - Automatic for the People 36. Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) 33. Nas - Illmatic 32. The Notorious B.I.G - Ready to Die 15. Radiohead - The Bends 12. Slint - Spiderland 06. Nirvana - Nevermind 04. Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea 02. My Bloody Valentine - Loveless 01. Radiohead - OK Computer Granted, I am by no means a 'Pitchfork-type-of-person' but this still conveys that I need to hear more from that decade.

Chilly Willy, could we please not conduct this conversation so publicly? I'm supposed to be a military man.
