Ive listened to the entire London Calling album by The Clash today. As far as 1979 albums go it stomps all over The Wall, although im yet to hear Off The Wall.

2006 is a massive dissapointment. Well there is always 2007 I guess.

I slept with The Rock because I was high........................

France got pro wrestling most of the time better than most of the US promotions! Dude, the French pro wrestling i have seen is the equivalent of ballet, William Regal said the same in his book and you obviously value ring experience when talking about peoples opinions on wrestling. Someone who has never stepped in a ring don't know anything of pro wrestling as he has only seen shows and videos... You don't know anything, you "smarts marks" make me laugh a lot... But wasnt your first post talking about what wrestling is supposed to be? Have you ever stepped in the ring? And the guys who are insulting me are probably half than what I am and would quickly pee in their pants if they met me... Just reading your latest post made me pee my pants for very different reasons...............

*cough*WrestleMania 21*cough* Personally im not a big fan of finishers being taken from the top rope and kicked out of, but if thats your thing then i suppose that was his best match.
-
Somone pointed out earlier that Angle's best match is better then Daniel's best match, and whilst this is probably true Angle was carried by Steve Austin in his best match.

The best album I have heard from 1975 is Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin. An extremely distant second would be Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd.
-
Do you mean Robert Plant and Jimmy Page, or have they been tourin with John Paul Jones and somone standing in for John Bonham? If so who?

I found this gem under the video: "Strong and Danielson gets into an unkayfabe like fight with each other after Strong knocks out Danielson, then Danielson gets mad and puts a legit armbar on Strong. Don't mess with a guy who trained in New Japan!"

Looking through the thread, no one has argued that Pantera (or Dimebag) are comparable to The Beatles (or John Lennon) as far as signifacance or impact is concerned.
-
Having any knowledge about the Beatles, really. That was actually an honest question because i really dont know, but would you like to tell me why Lennon was the leader when i was under the impression that Paul obviously had better relationships with the rest of the band?
-
idiots. And yet im able to read, which is more then i can say for you judging from your interpratation of my post. are you saying some fucker from pantara had more hardcore bands Do you mean fans? than the fuckign leader of the motherfucking BEATLES? No, i said a higher percentage of his fans are probably diehard then Lennon's, and what makes you think John Lennon was any more the leader of The Beatles then Paul Mcartney? the biggest rock band of all-fucking-time? The Beatles were a pop band actually. can't believe i am even trying to justify this argument with the braindeads in this folder. Youre having an argument that no one else is having.
-
Theres no doubt in anyones mind that Lennon had more fans then Dimebag, but considering the kinds of audiences they attracted its almost certainly true that a higher percentage of Dimebag's fans were diehard fans then that of Lennon's fans.

It probably means that his return will be an angle on t.v.

the official who is on your ignore list thread
Copper Feel replied to Annabelle's topic in No Holds Barred
I'm now ignoring Hunter's Torn Quad, the irony of it all was just too hard to ignore. -
I havent really felt in the mood to watch wrestling since Eddie's death, but are you refering to The Undertaker (i really hope so) or somone dressed up as Eddie? If the second then WWE will do anything for controversy.

If it was up to me all wrestlers who fit the following criteria would be fired: . Any bland wrestlers. By bland i do not mean guys who cannot give decent promos, but rather guys who look like anyone you will meet in the street who plod through pedantic, *kick punch* matches with all of their strikes looking bland. . All wrestlers with gimmicks that just scream indy. Now that there doing mainstream television, acts like Shark Boy just wont work. He may be good for arena shows, but on television he will just come off as incredibly bush league. . The current booking team. So they thought that 4 title changes in quick sucssesion was a good idea? Hell no! It just made future title changes seem less important, and eliminates the intangible chase factor for Raven and Rhino. Stuff like A.J Styles (the babyface) cheap shotting Christopher Daniels after he had defeated 2 wrestlers is just utterly counterproductive. . Certain X Division wrestlers. The X Division is one of the main things that separates TNA from WWE, but they have too many wrestlers of the same high spot orientated style. The X Division's appeal very much lies in the high spot's, but if TNA has too many wrestlers doing it then the spots will start to lose their appeal. . Certain hosses. They are a good idea in theory since they make the threat of certain wrestlers (whether they are managing them or pitted against them) seem bigger, but like the X Division situation it starts to wear thin. TNA have a shitload of other problems that i am sure will be higlited in another thread, but if i were choosing what talent to cut that would be it.

How is Madonna a band?

I'd also have to say Blonde On Blonde by Bob Dylan. All of the Dylan songs I had heard before this had been very political, and I enjoyed his lyrics when he was using this approach. There weren't any political songs on Blonde On Blonde, and I was originally overwhelmingly dissapointed with the album. On repeated listens whilst the album may be short on rebellious songs, his lyrics are still totally brilliant and the songs on the album (particularly Visions Of Johana) are completley awesome.

the official who is on your ignore list thread
Copper Feel replied to Annabelle's topic in No Holds Barred
I don't have anyone on ignore, because when a poster says something stupid it's usually commented on anyway, and if I had that poster on ignore I'd just wind up being confused. -
What more could the good folks at RoH do besides name their show: "A Night of Tribute"? I'm in the camp that believes in a simple, ten-ring, bell salute with all of the wrestlers and fans bowing their heads while thinking of Eddie Guerrero, instead of tagging on a title that may be mistaken as a "tribute show". Perchance wrestling fans really are not as intelligent as Stahl, but then, who are? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wheras im in the camp that thinks if youre gonna give your wrestling show a name, which is directly linked to a wrestler who just died you had better do more then a half assed attempt at a tribute.

If they were trying to sell anything with the name of the show, then it will have been videos. They make like 85% of their money that way.
