I don't even care about Benoit going to the rumble or the main event even. I mean hey, that's cool and whatever, but it's not going to save Raw. It might save the last twenty minutes, but not the show. The tone of this article bugs me. Not because I must strive to post for 22 hours on this board about how the WWE sucks. I don't, I rarely post in the WWE folder. I just can't understand how I'm supposed to stop caring about good wrestling. To me, that would be like someone telling me to accept bad figure skating because all the figure skaters had to be 6'4 300 lb hulks. I'm sorry, that's just not how I feel, and whoever wrote this article obviously doesn't understand that.

Zsasz in terms of Action, you've got to give the win to Jack. I mean I will be the first to be proud of the fact that I used to watch Batman every damn afternoon when I was in 6th grade. It had great music and characters. And it did tell a good story. And yet. In terms of action, most of the "fights" were over in 10 seconds or yet. I'm just saying in terms of well directed and creative action sequences Jack is on top. Just watch Jack vs. the Zombies and doubt no more. Also I feel that The Birth of Evil is like the greatest FULL hour of TV.

Samurai Jack DESTROYS all these other shows in artwork alone. For pure action, 80's "action" cartoons are a joke. Samurai Jack was MADE in response to so-called action cartoons' total lack of direction and creativity in their action sequences. I remember a few *FEW* good sequences of action in the old ninja turtles, but GI Joe? Thundercats?? Come on.

I think most anyone would agree that he should not be having sex with a minor. They should have waited three months to go that far, it's certainly never a bad idea. And yet. No one I know would ever agree that a mandatory un-shortenable 10 years in the slammer is fair punishment for consentual sex with a girl three years one's junior. The only two people who seem to hate this boy is the girl's father who says he deserves everything and more, and the prosecutor who was desperate to get statutory, and then if not that, anything. This IS clearly racism.

I like being able to find Seinfeld on at many many times of the day. If only fox would cancel it's friends block and put family guy on right after the simpsons. They'd rape the other networks.

My local oldies station (Big 100, 100.3 FM) was playing this morning at work when I worked from 6-9 am. There was a lot of talk radio on. They had call in contests, and all that. That soundbyte of howing going "RARRR!" was the most played thing, ever. They played it randomly during low points in songs, they played it often during their talking segments and they used it as their "ding-ding-ding" sound for their call in contest. Sometime they would play the entire speech quoted above, generally prefacing it with the words "really, folks, howard dean said these words last night. This is no fake."

It's just so NOT Final Fantasy. Funny how this "trait" is only valuable now, since when Suik1 came out, FF7 hadn't, and we were mostly all still playing Chrono Trigger on our SNES or I dunno, Beyond the Beyond? And funny how this "trait" is somewhat missing from Suik3... If I were to list the top things about Suik 1 that made it great (especially in retrospect) it would be these two things: A six person party and A story which does not involve world-destruction.

Today DC democrats elect who they want to run for office next year. Here are the choices: 1) Carol-Mosley Braun 2) Al Sharpton 3) Dennis Kunich (sp) 4) Howard Dean Thats IT. The other five (Gephardt, Kerry, Edwards, Clark, and Liberman) removed THEMSELVES from the ballot because they want to focus on the Iowa primaries. Local Radio DJ's decry politics ignoring the "chocolate city" Personally I'm registered in Maryland, Prince George's County to be exact, but gosh, what a choice DC has. Dean or the three dead-in-the-water candidates.. The Radio jockeys said to come down and vote for no one (Blank) or write in on your ballot if you don't want any of these four. Maybe then DC won't be ignored in 4 years. I personally would have a hard time voting for someone who avoided MY vote, so I guess I'd go blank.

She was the first female used by that particular group. I don't think it's hugely relevant. Not the gender anyways.

Hey I'm a Marylander. But, all the same, what kind of primaries consist of 4/9 of the candidates? It just makes the Dems look bad.

Honestly I'd say CN would probably allow Family guy more leeway in terms of content, merely because Fox will automatically stick FG back on at 8 pm, or 9. Cartoon Network is currently/already the home of Family Guy. Similarly it already has a cartoon block where FG doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. People tune in to watch Futurama AND Family Guy, I'd tend to think. I don't see the same people watching FG and then uh that show by ron howard about the dad in jail? You know the one... Adult Swim is just the best "thing" on TV right now, and I jealously don't want FG to put it's new episodes on Fox. Fox killed FG, CN saved it (along w/ the DVD) and they'd go to Fox? I wouldn't...
