Well I dunno where JMA is from, but it's probably an urban area. Where I live (College Park) of course more people than not are Pro-choice. It's a college campus. There are probably entire counties in this country where EVERYONE is pro-life. But not around cities.

AND, I would be SO thrilled to see the Kennedys taking Greyhound from town to town for their next political tour. I can't effect the kennedys. I laughed when on Hannity and Colmes Hannity asked a Kennedy who was all for CAFE standards about his private jet. It's FUNNY. But two things: One, one or one hundred jets don't effect gas usage as much as cars, trucks, etc. Two, whether or not one politician does something good should have nothing to do with whether or not you do.

The game definitely gets easier as you get more and more diverse and deep characters. By far the hardest fight IMO is the Dorter Trade City fight. It's very rare to have leveled enough to be ready for that one the first time around.

I don't think it could come from within, or else it would have. It has not. I think that clearly, America needs to do something, or the status quo will be maintained. When you 1) punish people for doing bad things and 2) expose people to outside, less-stupid influences, they'll learn. Maybe not this generation, but maybe the next one. And not EVERYONE, but enough.

Beyonce doesn't even fake like she's singing live. She doesn't even wear or use a fucking MICROPHONE. It's kind of shocking that people don't care that she's being so blatent.

Thats why they can do Madonna or RunDMC where today's hot pop acts don't have to actually play instruments.

15-20 years begin today, then. Obviously the previously 20 years weren't preventing the kind of violence that occured in the 90's relating to Middle East affairs. I mean I think the only other way to avoid violence besides "fixing" the middle east as I posted, would be to total leave it. Leave Israel it's it's own devices (which would involve most likely a slow war followed by a nuclear detonation and a lot of death) moving out of Saudi Arabia and all other places in the area. And, who knows if THAT would work?

Actually it's not highly disagreed upon, it's slightly disagreed upon by a minority. And if he doesn't know for sure that it's real, could he possibly acknowledge that it's probably real? That many many many scientists have agreed with this for decades? Maybe he could actively work to prevent it, instead of so blatently sticking with century old practices.

I disagree with Bush re: environmental policy for starters. I agree with some stuff and disagree with a few others. But the big one is the environment. I just can't vote for someone who keeps their head in the sand when it comes to the environment.

In some sort of big Culture-Kampf the Islamic Fundies will lose to America for many reasons. First of all, people tend to go where the money is, and clearly it's with the west. Secondly, Americans are FREE to practice whatever religions they please. There's no reason a Muslim cannot practice Islam here. Granted they can't stone people, but if that's SO important to their religion, then we'll just put them in prison or something....

First of all I certainly said I know if they "deserved" to die. Something like that. I am saying it's not surprising or particularly pitiful. It's entirely their fault, and I'm certainly glad no one else was hurt. Someone who was just idling and was rear ended and paralysed for the rest of their life. That would have inspired sympathy. These kids don't.

Driving 80+ MPH isn't "Shenannigans" especially when you're the only one doing it. Thousands and thousands of people are killed annually by stupid speeding drivers. These kids could have told you that. That kind of speeding is not like speeding or even (IMO) doing pot. It's often directly linked to deaths of the perps or people around them. Just because they wanted to be rebellious doesn't mean it's "ok"
