I think the issue here is that the trailer that caused all the buzz during the summer didn't have any real sort of title attached to it. Even Cloverfield isn't a very good title for a monster movie. 1-18-08 is a date, I suppose that's when the movie will drop. But while the trailer was memorable, it wasn't THAT memorable, and more importantly it wasn't easy to discuss without a title!

Just awful.

Heavenly Sword -> GOW2 Resistance -> Halo 3, Gears, etc. I'll give you Warhawk and Motorstorm, although I played the latter and didn't enjoy it at all, whatever. So with Tekken, Warhawk, and Motorstorm, you've got a system library? Please. Ratchet and Clank lose massive points for just absolutely abandoning multiplayer gaming when its starting to matter most. Um, hello, I played online Ratchet and Clank with a PS2 modem, and they don't offer it for a game that goes with an online system!?

I remember riding in my dads car at a much younger age and watching a minivan slowly turning right onto a big two or three lane street when all of a sudden WHAM this big ass pickup truck that I didn't see coming just plows into it and causes it to kind of roll down a hill, out of sight. I dunno who had a red light... I don't know if anyone died or not, but it kind of shook me to see something as large as a minivan just tossed around like a toy. It just showed me that when you're near automobiles in motion in any capacity, you're totally depending on a lot of drivers around you to keep you out of harm's way. Kind of frightening.
