Stranger Than Paradise is the only really great Jarmusch movie, I think. The rest of them all seem to be trying too hard to recapture that film's dead-pan weirdness.

Kanye West just got a whole lot lamer, though.

I spent those two years training intensely. I'd get up every morning at the crack of dawn, read the board, and then write (but not post) replies to every single thread I read. It was a whole lot of work but in the end I'd say it was more than worth it. It made me the poster I am today.

Yeah, "One More Red Nightmare" and "Children of the Grave" are both pretty imposing songs, but I think "Levee" is pretty tough to top in terms of sheer seismic impact.

Yeah. I read the blogs. I feel they give me a much more balanced perspective than the corrupt Bu$hies in the MSM (mainstream media). I try to spend at least three hours every day reading my favorite blogs and posting comments on them. You know, just doing my part for the cause.

Silent Alarm is seriously one of the most boring CDs I've ever heard.

I don't get the appeal of "Achilles Last Stand." It doesn't really seem to earn its 10:25 running time. "When The Levee Breaks" is easily their best song. I'm pretty sure that's the only song in the history of music that may actually be capable of physically crushing a human being.

I try my best not to look like a total hipster doofus, so I tend to steer clear of Threadless.
