Miller and Morgan making WAY too big of a deal with the Yankees winning tonight.
-
As some poster predicted here weeks ago, Khali was just monster heel cannon fodder for Cena. Just like Hogan in the 80s. Not that it was necessarily a bad thing.
-
Damn, I was just on the ESPN Stats page and the Cardinals are hitting .243/.308/.336 as a team!
-
I can't stand Zach Braff and him hosting the finale has me as pissed off as when the Olsen twins hosted it in 03-04.
-
I think "Smartball" means making as many outs on the basepaths as humanly possible. But that Ozzie is a genius!
-
Oh man Czech, it's Cliff Floyd. That's just the beginning. He complains about *everything*. On his return to Shea:

The second show is suprising as the Machines angle in 86 is something they don't like to talk about around Titan Towers. They basically were written out of WWF history after jobbing to Studd and Bundy. But yeah I'm stoked for the return of this show.

Tony on the peyote was hilarious but I hope it doesn't lead to a "spiritual revolution" or something. Also Tony's reaction to Chris dying proves he can be a real cold hearted bastard (as we were led to believe he genuinely cared about Christopher)
-
JJ Hardy's eye popping counting stats are going to keep either Hanley Ramirez, Jimmy Rollins or Jose Reyes out of the All Star Game. Eickstein gets the fan vote of course
-
And now we are in complete farce mode as Benjie Molina just hit his second homerun of the inning
-
When Oliver Perez unravels. he really fucking unravels Edit: After all these god damn years Rich Aurilia still kills the Mets UGH
-
I liked how they teased that Christopher was going to squeal to the feds.
-
Mets sign Brian Lawrence to a MLC

Check out Willie Randolph's "Dusty Baker" line up today: 1. Jose Reyes 2. Endy Chavez 3 David Wright 4. Carlos Delgado 5. Shawn Green 6. Ramon Castro 7. David Newhan 8. Ruben Gotay 9. Mike Pelfrey Not suprisingly they've scored 1 run through 8 innings.

The way Steve Kerr is talking the Mavs might as well just disband the franchise. Just overreacting a little there Stevie.
-
well nothing seems to cure the Yankee ills like a trip to Arlington
-
Damn I agree. People will dismiss this as the usual Sandler crew fodder but it's GREAT, funny old fashioned stoner humor. The harder edge is very reminiscent of Sandler's albums from the early-mid 90s.
-
And to top it off Moises Alou apparently hurt his shoulder last night and is going for an MRI tomorrow. Endy Chavez still might get that playing time.
-
and the good will the WWE built with Meltzer for last night's show is over in one night
-
and there is your RAW Judgment Day Main Event
-
Crowd is going to be pissed when Khali is revealed as the attacker
-
For anyone who watched, at the end were they trying to imply that Tony had Shlomo's girlfriend whacked somehow?
-
Look for there to be some "controversy" coming out of NY tomorrow as Carlos Beltran once again sacrifice bunted in the 1st inning today with men on first and second. I don't know what infuriates me more the talking heads in NY that are going to make way too big a deal out of this tomorow or the posters at various Met boards who commended Beltran on the move saying the Mets rely too much on the homerun and should start "manufacturing runs" more. FJM's work is still not done
-
From Meltzer's tone in his update it sounds like this has been really good show so far.
-
You got that from, "Unbelievable first match"? Dave's history on commenting on JYD mostly. And usual Meltzer sarcasm. Were you taking that he thought it would be a legit great match?
