Eddy Guerrero may have injured his elbow

looks like it's back to the painkillers for eddie. -
no, having better grammar would miss the whole point of the joke.

comedy gold, people. this stuff writes itself.

And this has been the biggest "Well, duh" moment of my day so far. how did i know that would happen?

the good one, or the kyle mclachlan one? you know, you can get the whole trilogy, with special features out the ass, for $30.

i've seen 'blue' and 'red', both of which are quite good but slow-moving. definitely worth watching, but i think they're kind of overrated, and the 2 i've seen haven't compelled me to watch 'white'. i've seen 6 or 7 of the 'decalogue' chapters, and while those can move really slowly at times, they're really. fucking. good.

i've been treated for depression before. i might be bipolar, but never been diagnosed.

No, but you hold petty grudges against some of us. That's our point. Trust me, I wouldn't...I am a better person than that...as hard as it would seem. but we shouldn't HAVE to just trust you. if you're going to be a mod, you need to prove how level-headed and fair you can be before you get the position. just taking you at your word on this would be stupid. and i don't mean that because you're banky, it's just a stupid thing to do on principle.

i loved it. like 'kids', only with dramatic tension. the first time i saw it was when i had a couple hours to kill before call time for this screwball comedy play i was in, and when i got there i felt like shit. i was flat the whole night. the moral of the story here: if you're in a play that requires you to be funny, DO NOT watch 'bully' before you go onstage.

source on the story?

thread starts. johnson says something stupid. argument ensues. just like clockwork. i love it.

no. you suck.

soap writers are used to unholy amounts of workload, having to churn out 80+ page scripts everyday and whatnot. the fed has tons of characters and lots of tv time, so there's LOTS of work for the writers to do. vince needs people who can write a lot of shit really fast and can juggle multiple storylines: hence, he wants guys with experience in soaps. if he got, say, a staff writer from 'law and order' (whose team only has to do 26 episodes in a year and who will write MAYBE 6 of those scripts himself), he'd have quite a rude awakening.

getting a fall off a moonsault would've been better. i kept expecting angle to bust out a sharpshooter in those last 5 minutes. that would've been better as well.

Considering their Mania match was above **** and Angle was all fucked up, I'd say they could of achieved a lot more in future matches. And considering the hype given to it. i've kept putting up the question since march of how lesnar/angle from wrestlemania is a ****+ match, and no one has given me an answer.
-
how could you guys have high expectations of this match? where had angle and lesnar proven before that a) they could have a ****1/2 match together, and b) they could go the distance while keeping it interesting? the writing was on the wall before these two stepped in the ring. i got about what i expected.

i enjoyed it. it's the best match i've seen them do against each other so far, & almost broke into the 4* range. but the moveset was horrible. in an hour, we got how many different wrestling moves--8, maybe 9? the sheer amount of germans was just ludicrous, and they ended up being meaningless anyway. why couldn't someone at least get a fall from one? or from five? one spot in particular that really bugged me was early on when angle did his rolling germans & brock tossed him out of the ring and was suddenly back in control of the match. it totally nullified them & made them completely meaningless. i think that was the overarching problem of the match: not having a purpose to what they were doing, not making everything mean something.
-
shit...a FALL during a break? god dammit.
-
wow...the timing on that rollup was perfect.

I don't recall much stallage in Rock/HHH...other then those spots where they were knocked out... not a lot of blatant stalling, but if you look for it there's LOTS of obvious points where they're resting and just don't know what to do. first 30 minutes or so of the bret/owen house show match was HORRIBLY boring. but I don't think there is ANYONE better then Rock at impromtu matches and shit what does that have to do with stalling? EVERYTHING. Most wrestlers, such as Angle during any slowdown will go to a rest spot or repeat the eariler segments but ROCK will know almost by inscint of how to keep the flow alive just by mannerisms, interactions and keeping the match pumping... eh...sloppy brawling on the outside doesn't keep the crowd alive when you do it over & over.
-
i'm just not feeling this thing, they seem kinda lost.
