Because it doesn't look like the ECW Arena anymore? Does it matter? Heyman said the same thing on Byte This last year when asked why One Night Stand wouldn't be held at New Alhambra. I highly doubt he's been there since ECW folded. In fact, Heyman seems to have something against Philly as he stopped doing ECW Arena shows almost entirely in the 6 months leading up to the promotion's closure.

"IRS" is the same demo track that was released last year, but ripped from a CD. "Better" is either a demo or a final album track depending on who you ask - this is only the first 1:20 of it, but supposedly the full song will leak soon. "IRS" - Studio Demo: Click "Better": Click Howard Stern played the "IRS" demo on his show today and was digging it.

Heyman originally said that on ECW Byte This, but I don't think he's actually been there since the promotion folded. I think they should make this Funk's retirement show and give him a million dollars so he doesn't have to worry about Indy bookings anymore.

No, it's not. That's Xtreme Fight Club and going to be heardquartered in Philly, and is going to be on a much smaller scale. This promotion is being headed by Kevin Kleinrock's video company. There's another huge name that's going to be involved in the project, but I don't want to let the cat out of the bag quite yet. Are you talking about the XFC or the MTV promotion?

I've been thinking - if they establish storylines with backstage segments that have high production values like other MTV shows such as Laguna Beach, this could seriously attract an audience. Like if two wrestlers were brawling backstage with multiple camera-angles and such. That would be much cooler than anything WWE or TNA is doing right now.
