Matches for next Hardcore Homecoming announced

If anyone's interested, there's a live webcast available tonight for $19.99: http://www.mediazone.com/vodwrestling-live -
He did an interview back in September and sounded fine to me.

I've talked with some people and apparently WWE doesn't want to pay royalties to Jimmy Hart, which is why all themes composed by him were edited out.
-
The only reason I can think of is that all those themes were composed at least somewhat by Jimmy Hart - not sure what the deal is but maybe WWE's licensing with him ran out or something. Please don't tell me they replaced the Hart Foundation theme (composed by Jimmy Hart) with Bret's last WWF theme. That would be awful. I'm also wondering if Koko B. Ware's theme from Wrestlemania 3 ("The Bird" by Morris Day and The Time) has been edited out. It was never edited out of previous VHS releases, which I always found odd.
-
Yeah, but would Vince allow this? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Before One Night Stand, Vince told Joey directly that he wanted "the ECW Joey Styles" to announce that night. I'm sure there will be guidelines. Not to say Styles won't push boundaries and test the waters, but Styles is representing WWE now and won't want to piss anyone off.

Good move WWE.

Just popped in to say this is the most fucked up episode of RAW I've ever seen.

Don't you mean Kris Chen?

http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Wrestling/2005/10/25/1277742.html I'm trying to think what other matches would have been kept off the DVD set because of Ventura's commentary.
-
So according to the DVDTalk guy, here's what we know about the set so far: -Each disc is dual-sided, but only 4-7 and 16-21 have data on both sides. -The disc for 21 is housed in the lid of the box, with no case. -Ventura's commentary has not been edited out. -Significant blurring of the scratch logo on 15-18.

It's Jerry Jarrett's fault - I mean, he should have brought a huge Iraqi with him. It would have been way more believable. Stop living in the past Jerry!

You really can't do a Lawler or Savage DVD without Memphis footage

I'll agree with you about Terry Funk, at the June show he could barely walk let alone wrestle. But I can't see young talent being brought in unless they become a regular promotion. They're still riding the nostalgia boat for the time being. -
Someone on DVDTalk said they preordered from FYE and have been informed they will be receiving a bonus disc. The Ultimate Warrior bonus DVD had a few matches on it - perhaps we'll get some extra matches on Bret's bonus disc.
