Super Nintendo had some nifty 3D games that were announced in 1995-1996, but got scrapped when the system died. Most notable was StarFox 2.

I think it was during the 3-on-3 competition last year that Charles Barkley said one of the funniest things on commentary ever: :: Magic Johnson drives slowly from backcourt to rim, dunks :: "He was lucky - that was a 3-second violation"

That's more of a Canadian thing - but I got CBC as a kid and remember the show very well. Same with "Under The Umbrella Tree" and "Mr. Dressup".

I saw that episode for the first time over the summer. Saddest. Thing. Ever. Won't lie - I cried too. But I honestly can't remember Nickelodeon ever showing that episode.

It's because most people remember it as "G-Force" or "Gatchaman", I think. Yeah, I only know about it because Cartoon Network aired G-Force around 1993-1994.

I subscribed and I do indeed remember this. Come to think of it, I might have back issues in my attic. Let me go check. EDIT: Couldn't find any, sorry.
