Assuming he's still ROH champion come the 27th, that seems likely. -

ECW's return to the ECW Arena - Live Results
GreatWhiteNope replied to Downhome's topic in The WWE Folder
How did Pioneer get clearance to use the alternate version of "Enter Sandman" on their dvd's then, as they took out all the music they could be sued for. So, there must be some type of lopehole that WWE is just too stupid to understand. The Motorhead version of "Enter Sandman" was licensed by ECW for their "Extreme Music" CD, so they had rights to use the song on video compilations as well. WWE either never acquired that license when they bought ECW's assets in bankruptcy court, or the license has since expired. -

Yeah, I didn't get why Tazz mentioned how he was "a member of the famed Impact Players" but didn't reference that Justin was ECW Champion.

I'll give it a month and see if the smaller arena tapings are improved. But yeah, this was bad.

Hey - remember when wrestling threads on this board were fun times! Me too! What happened? I came in during the first hour and half of you were acting like rejects from Keith's blog. Rudo especially.

...and all those chants were started in ECW

You really think so? A DUD to me is pretty worthless. What Booker and Buff did was a standard matchup with nothing badly blown. An ok match in my book. You're watching on YouTube, and the quality doesn't reflect that the crowd completely shit on the match. It also doesn't include Arn Anderson being accompanied to the ring by hookers to do commentary. Vince basically devoted 20 minutes of his program to a dead company, and nobody wanted to see that.

Having a guy called "Trek Dudley" that sat in the front row with full Star Trek apparel and eventually turned into a Comic Book Guy-esque gimmick would be funny.
-
Sci-Fi Channel used to be great for MST3K and Quantum Leap reruns. I'm sure the network will be made fun of in some manner by ECW.

The Worst Wrestling Show of All-Time
GreatWhiteNope replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in General Wrestling
Why didn't you buy the Highspots version - it has the full show. I thought the card was decent. Now if you want to see a bad Hardcore Homecoming show, check out the Cleveland 2-disc set that's available. Crowd is dead for everything, and some of the wrestlers after the show said they felt like they were raping ECW by performing that night. -
He said in Rolling Stone there's going to be 13 tracks on the album. So far we've heard 7 of those 13 tracks - Better, Catcher in The Rye, Chinese Democracy, IRS, Madagascar, The Blues and There Was a Time. I guess he's leaving the other 6 as surprises for the album.

That Rock N' Roll Express-Midnight Express match from NWA in the late 1980s was pretty good.
-
But I don't think the average WWE fan will buy the ECW product anyway. They have to win back the die-hards and seperate WWE from ECW as much as possible. So far so good.
-
Kenny's winning the title, isn't he. Holy shit.
-
So Umaga goes over Ric Flair in 4 minutes, and now he's going to face a jobber? Ok. edit: The crowd better yell UMAGA after every chop

Something got messed up - Eugene didn't really react when he was tagged.
