I'd go with Boller. Its supposed to rain all night during Giants/Raiders, so its going to be a battle of the running backs.

Prucha gets fucking killed out there. The thing is, he plays like he's a huge guy. He always goes to the front of the net, takes hits, and does whatever he can to score. Thats why everyone in NY loves him. Also, Crosby was screaming at the refs the whole game. Nothing. Malk screams at the refs for three minutes, and its a penalty.

I hate Sidney Crosby. I swear sometimes the ref don't call penalties on him because hes the NHL golden boy. For example, Prucha does a nice job lifting the stick of Crosby in front of the net, but its called a hooking penalty. After the Rangers tie the game up at three, Crosby takes Malk down, an obvious penalty, right in front of the ref, and no call. Malik keeps baggering the ref about it during the game, and they put him in the box for unsportsmanlike conduct in OT. I've never seen something like that called in my life. They kill of that penalty, Rosival accidently clears a puck in his zone into the stands for another penalty, and Crosby is wide open to score off a rebound to win it. Ugh.

Why in the hell would the Mets trade Heilman for Baez? I'd take Heilman over Baez anyday. Baez is pretty normal expect for when hes pitching against the Yankees, while Heilman held hitters to a .201 average the second half of the season last year.

He got with a slapshot by Chara on the arm or somewhere around that part of the body.

I'd say Coughlin has done a better job than Gibbs. Gibbs had two experienced QBs, one a former pro bowler. He had a veteran team, with a good D. Coughlin came in with a very very young team, with a QB not even having played an entire season, a terrible D beside Pierce and the two ends, and a team that had broken done each of the last two years. he changed the training camp routine to stop injuries (worked until latley) and somehow got this team to be on the brink of winning its division. I don't think Coughlin should win, but theres no way I can see you can argue Gibbs winning it over Coughlin.

I honestly think Marbury is gone by the end of this season. I know his contract is huge, but this relationship with Larry is just not working out, and is getting worse and worse as the season continues.
-
I think Pierce might be ready by next week.

Coughlin is finally starting 2nd round draft pick Corey Webster over Curtis DeLoach. Thank god. Deloach sucks in one on one coverage, and has six pass interference penalties against him in the last 5 weeks. But why even worry about our secondary when we've got Nick Griesen, Greg Lewis (who we released last year), and Roman Phifer (hasn't played since last year) starting at the line backer positions this week. Its also supposed to rain a shitload Saturday night, and even with Jordan out, were still going to get run over on the ground.

Garland gets a 3 year 29 million dollar deal from the White Sox. Thats a good deal compared to all the others this offseason.

Giants by 14? I want an all out slaughtering.
-
Ryan, Spier, Frasor, Schoeneweis, Walker, and Chulk. Thats five good pitchers, and one ok one in Chulk. Why exactly do the Jays need bullpen help?!?
-
His games played due to injuries in 03 and 04 are due to the same injury. It's not like hes gotten a ton of different injuries over the last three years.

I went to the first Marbury home game, which the Knicks lost by over 20 points. I guess it was a sign of things to come.

Won't Boras HAVE to lower his asking price for Weaver the closer it gets to opening day, and the longer Weaver isn't signed to a deal?
-
Nate is fucking badass. He's already taken on Jerome James and Antonio Davis this season. But anyway, its amazing how things change so quickly. Two years ago, Marbury was gonna take the Knicks to the promise land, and bring this team to great places. Now, Isiah is basically building the team around Frye and Curry, and hopefully Nate and Lee. Marbury is just not himself with Brown coaching, and he'll definitley be out the door before Brown or Isiah.

What in the world was Renney thinking starting Weekes over Lundquist against the Sens? Terrible, terrible decison.
-
With Chase Blackburn now out for the season, the Giants gave JESSE ARMSTEAD a tryout for the LB position. Please god, let Pierce's ankle heal. Please.

I think for the Giants to have any chance of getting to the SB, They'll have a better chance getting there if they face teams with minimal passing games. I think they match up a lot better against Tampa and Chicago, then Seattle or Carolina.

Giants are going to the playoffs. They still better not fucking lose to the Raiders.
-
How long has Fassel officially been calling the plays? He'll improve that offense a ton as OC.
-
Who the hell is QBing for the Ravens right now? Is that REALLY Kyle Boller?
-
To me it seemed like the Giants got away from what wins them games, and that is Tiki Barber. He had what, 12 touches? It was as if Coughlin wanted to use THIS GAME....on THE ROAD of all places, to prove Eli was ready to take the team on his shoulders and win a big game. They really started to in the 2nd quarter, but basically had to abandon it for the fact they were down by 8 or more basically the entire 2nd half. I really should have seen the los coming, the injuries are just too much.
