I was saying it more toward jweeper, who said the Giant oline would get run over by the Steelers. I was just saying I think the O-Line gets a bad name for all the penalties it takes, when it does a great job protecting Eli and blocking for Tiki.
-
How good is the Bengals O-Line? The Giants have been able to stop the passing game due to all the pressure they've gotten on QBs. And the Giants secondary has improved since then. It's still bad, but better then before.
-
What is it with the idea the Giants have a terrible O-Line? Beside taking penalties, the O-Line is terrific. Eli has only been sacked 25 times this year. They do a terrific job at run blocking. I don't know about other teams, but I could definitley see the Giants hanging tough in a shootout with the Bengals.

You can't say that about Dallas and the Giants. Giants beat the Broncos and Chiefs. Dallas beat the Chargers and Kansas City. You can't really say the Giants or any NFC East team can't beat the Bengals or Steelers because the NFC east didn't play that division. Both the Cowboys and Giants took out 2 of the top 3 teams in the AFC west.

I think the Bears just got a lot more scarier to the rest of the NFC.

God Maguire is such a hypocrite. "And it was the right thing to do bringing Grossman in."
-
I hate the Pats, but 7 sacks is still 7 sacks, no matter what team its against. Beside the Texans actually.
-
They looked damn good yesterday.
-
I could see them going the Bills route also. Start of last year terrible, finish off real strong with playoff aspirations next year, then totally suck next year.
-
Watching the Bears D chase down Michael Vick is absolutley hilarious.
-
Won't happen to the Giants hopefully. For one, the Giants can protect Eli. Two, our RB averages more than one yard per carry.
-
I'd say Dallas is basically done now. Washington owns the WC tiebreaker with them, and theres no way in hell the Giants are losing to the Raiders.
-
How many time outs do the Colts have left? edit: that'll do it.
-
Meanwhile, this Jets/Miami game has been pretty damn good.
-
Chargers are self destructing.
-
I'm predicting the Spurs beat the Knicks by 30.
-
I'm getting both of them. What up, multiple CBS affiliates. The announcers jibbering about how Dungy needs to think about resting his starters every time a Colt goes down for half a minute is asinine. What, is he supposed to rest every player? Sure, rest the QB, rest a few key players, but they can't actually expect him to rest his whole front 7. I have THREE CBS affiliates, and there all showing Jets/Miami. Fuck you CBS.

Plaxico has basically been the reason for the resurgance of Amani Toomer. Amani was done as a number one reciever, but has really fit in the slot position as a number two reciever.
-
Is Plaschke to the Dodgers what George King is to the Yanks, or what Shaugessey is to the Sox?
-
If I'm not getting a Giant game on fox, its usually a Carolina game for some reason, and there boring as hell. Give me Seattle/Tennesse, just not the freaking Panthers again. And FUCK Jet fans, give me Minnesota/Pitts. edit: atleast I get Dallas/Washington.
-
After the utter crap games I had to watch last week, I get Jets/Miami and Saints/Panthers tomorrow according to my TV guide. DAMNIT.
-
The eli love has really gone down a ton latley, it really reached its height after thr Bronco game, but hes gotten beaten down in the media since.
-
What are you talking about? The NY papers have been killing Eli the last two weeks.

*bows down to Tiki Barber* WOW.
