Into the 17th. I honestly don't think anybody is going to score.

Other than the grandslam that was given up, I would love to see the Yankees have a bullpen that gets this many outs without giving up runs. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think a lot of it has to do with tired hitters. The crap part of the Yanks bullpen last year, (Quantril, Loaiza, Heredia) all got Sox hitters out last year in extra innings.
-
And we got to the 15th.
-
Sorry, nothing was worse than the Yankees putting game 5 in the hands of Estoban Loiaza in the ALCS last year. He did magically give us three scoreless innings before the single by Ortiz.
-
Throat infection my ass.
-
Lucky? It went over 400 feet.
-
BRAD AUSUMS? Ouch.
-
Giles goes down on a pitch right down the middle. And Klesko grounds out. Atleast they made it interesting.
-
Great, now Shields and Escobar are rested for tomorrow. Argh.
-
Chacon's come up huge before when we've needed quality innings, hopefully he can do it again tomorrow. And hopefully, Randy can come out of the bullpen if we need him.
-
This is 2002 all over again. The Yankees can simply not get the Angels out.
-
Bernie was going to cost us a run eventually in CF. edit: And Gordons post season ERA goes higher. edit2: HE WAS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

A big question is, if this series goes five games, does Randy pitch game five on three days rest seeing as he only threw about 50 pitches tonight?
-
I hate Chone Figgins.
-
That was 2003 ALCS game 7 all over again, but with Small doing the job instead of Mussina.
-
Well, Randy said he wanted to be booed. He got his wish.
-
Will Berman shut the fuck up? This is like the 2004 jinx, but with Berman basically implying the Sox will lose, instead of Fox showing all the depressed Sox fans faces like last year.
-
Kenny Lofton at NINE? Why couldn't he have done that for us?
-
A-Rods error leads to an unearned run. Looks like its coming down to a battle of the bullpen.
-
You Sox fans have GOT to be kidding me. Down 2-0 to the As, come back and win. Down 3-2 to the Yankees, win game 6 and should have won game 7. Down 3-0 last year, and win. I still think the Sox are winning this series, and won't think they'll lose the series until they actually, well, lose the series. I've said their dead too many times for them to come back and win a series, and I just a have a feeling their going to do it again. Hopefully, I wrong.

Jenks has an amazing breaking ball.

The Don - http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...3entry1991743 hmm.

I see your point Al, but lefties hit .177 of Mo. He sometimes leaves the ball over the middle of the plate to righties. I just can't see how you make that move.
-
What in the world was Soiscia doing PH Rivera, who had 15 HRers on the year and was 2-3 tonight, for Kotchman, a lefty, who has 7 home runs. Mo OWNs lefties even more than righties.

I think god is telling AL teams to not sign FA NL pitchers. Jarret Wright, Pavano, and Clement, while all struggling or getting injured, have all been hit with line drives in the head or body this year.
